I had custom shutters made for my library. The company representative, Bonnie L[redacted], was very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. When the shutters arrived they were exactly what I wanted and they were installed quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by Mrs.L[redacted] and her willingness to share her experience. She did not just say 'yes' to everything I wanted if she thought something better was available or if it would not work properly in the room. It was a good experience with a good company.
