This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt withWhile you wait on the phone, their recorded message claims that "customer care is their topmost priority", but when I have tried to order parts, they never seem to have them in stock, and have to be back-orderedThen the manufacturer doesn't have them in either, and the wait goes on, and on, and during this time, All Wheels never contacted me to advise me of the waitThis has happened to me on three separate occasions, and I ended up ordering from a company in Florida instead, and got the part in days
