Review: this company is subcontracted by [redacted] on 09/04/14 work was scheduled for a patio door replacement. door was replaced but job was not completed, screen door could not be installed as it had a tear in it. I was told by the tech that the door was in stock and will be replaced the next day or a couple of days. 09/08/14 still don't have a screen door. Called company at 9am was told mgr. was in a meeting and as soon as they were free I will get a call back. called them again at 3pm. their service rep could not resolve my concerns, their manager informed that the next available slot was on the 16th. their rep even told me about their truck problems as if that was an excuse for not getting my screen door up. obviously this company does not care about customers or customer's satisfaction. I will not recommend this company to any of my acquaintances. their service lacks the commitment to complete a job as schedule or the urgency to resolve issues caused by them.Desired Settlement: patio screen door should be installed immediately and not a week and a half later.
