All Veterans Funeral & Cremation

No one should go through the experience I did with All Veterns FuneralMy husband prepaid for his funeral so I would no have to worry about any arrangements when he passed My husband passed away weeks ago and no one from Hospic or myself could get a hold of this company even though they claim they can be contacted 24/ We tried for hours and finally had to contact another funeral home to pick my husband body up from our house It was devastating for myself and my family to have to experience this I also have a prepaid plan with this company and will be transferring my funds to the funeral home that took excellent care of my husband and my family

I thought that you were affiliated with the VA in some way by your name and your website, which leads people to assume this We were horrified by the unprofessional, rude, incompetent behavior, and total disregard for the feelings of the family of the deceased We went to the ColoSprings Office and we were left to do everything The gentleman couldn't even do the death certificate because he was busy laughing and joking with friends while we sat in a nearby room hearing and observing thisThen he didn't follow through and get it to the doctor for signatureI could go on and on about the atrocities Maybe if we had gone up to the Denver location and used Pamela the outcome might have been better Instead we opted to use the office here in ColoSprings because of the commute HUGE MISTAKEWe terminated our business with them after days of dealing with rude, unprofessional, and incompetent behavior the above mentioned person at the ColoSprings location

During the sudden unexpected loss of my husband at home, I needed to select a funeral home quickly Some years back a cousin had told me of her wonderful experience here, so I selected All Veterans The amount of regret I have for doing this can never be undone, but I would hope no one else would ever have to go through my experience The first day, the young man told me he was quite new Over the next couple of days, I learned he hardly could answer the simplest questions I had as I tried to work through this situation As the days went on, it only became worse I felt as if I were the one planning this service with no help I will try and sum this horrible experience up quickly As the date and time were set, I learned that this business does not provide anyone to assist at the actual service They wanted to drop my husband's ashes and the paper work off at the place of service the day before I said this was unacceptable, and I wanted someone to help----directing people where to go, handling the guest book, etc When I was told that could be done for an additional $195.00, I paid The day of the service, they arrived with everything including the ashes, less than minutes before the service was to start My brother and I had been directing people where to go, so of course, no one had signed the guest book, as it wasn't there I felt embarrassed and humiliated Many friends were quite angry, but held their feelings in It is true traffic was bad on Ifrom Denver, but couples came from mid Denver and another year old friend drove down from Greeley They were all on time, with room to spare No compensation can make up for this happening, but I and others who were there, will certainly share this experience with others I would recommend anyone in the community OTHER than them

They went out of their way to help my family and were straightforward and easy to deal withWe've had to do this twice in the last year and we learned lessons at other funeral homes with the bad serviceThe folks at All Veterans were properly respectful and diligent and I am grateful to them for a fine serviceI will recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone who needs these services in Colorado Springs

My husband passed away 2 weeks ago and no one from Hospic or myself could get a hold of this company even though they claim they can be contacted 24/7.
We tried for 3 hours and finally had to contact another funeral home to pick my husband body up from our house.
It was devastating for myself and my family to have to experience this.
I also have a prepaid plan with this company and will be transferring my funds to the funeral home that took excellent care of my husband and my family.

Totally honoring and respectful. So nice to not get price gauged by every small detail. They handled everything from pick-up, to planning, to preparation, to internment. It broke our hearts with gratitude, admiration, and respect for this company and for our father.
