Poor work. Plus he tried to keep my car. Had to pay him 8500.00 so he won't keep my car. Car still isn't working properly. Please help me.
Lights aren't working, GPS isn't working, door locks, front axle, rackinpinonion, gas gauge. Too many problems. Paid alot of money to get my car fixed but nothing was taken care of.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund.

This customer was a previous customer of mine. He brought his vehicle in and had a whole wish list of work to be done. We did what we could do and he paid us over a six month period starting in October of 2019 and picked it up late March. He wanted to take the vehicle and make payment on it. He got upset because
we would not do that for him. He told us to stop working on his vehicle and he would pick it up. We finished the repair work that he authorized. He has the paper work that itemized each and every part he paid for. His warranty has expired. There is nothing that I can do for him.

Unnecessary repair done to my truck that now I don't think they even replace what they told me they did because the car has the same problem.
After I did take the car for 2 local repairs shop both told me the problem wasn't the clutch so just make sure, I brought the truck to All transmission World (transmission experts so they said) that told me the problem was the clutch so on 11/08/19 the estimate was made and repair was started.
After 2 days they fixed the truck and was already to pick up, as first was felling that the truck was the same but they told me to try it out and it maybe need some clutch adjustments after few weeks. But the problem was getting worst so I brought the car back and now they told the clutch it is NOT the problem but the transmission itself, when it is the same issue but they told me they would reopen the transmission again to look at it so I left the truck on the shop for 2 days and they told me they didn't have time to look it at all.
I feel like they were pretty fast to replace the clutch without knowing whats is going on and now that I paid for the repair it became a burden to them and they don't want to deal with it.I try to call the 1800 428 9044 Corporate Customer service line and the line has been disconnected so I search around and found a phone number for Russ (407)765-6866 supposed General Manager but he wont return calls or answer the phone.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to fix the problem without any additional cost in a timely manner or if they feel they can NOT fix the problem just give a refund.

Thanks for the opportunity to help in this matter. We repaired the clutch on this vehicle back 3 months ago. The customer said this problem came back a month and a half ago but didn't bring it in. Made an appointment for Monday the 3rd and the customer picked it up the next day because we was back up due to me being out for knee surgery. Just got back in today the 6th and call him to see if I could help him. Long story short I got no where with him. He just needs to bring it to me and I will fix it for him. Clutch or transmission.
His problem is that it is a work truck and he needs it fixed in a day this job is a three day job. So when he is ready we are ready to help.

I brought the truck on Friday after hours and pick up on Tuesday after 4pm, I don't see that was one day like he says, after they told me that was nothing wrong with the truck on Monday; From the conversation that I had with Rust on the phone he told me the problem wasn't the clutch but now the transmission, before the repair I had 2 mechanics look into the problem and both told me wasn't the clutch and All transmission world told me was the clutch, the experts on transmission so they say, to later change their mind on the diagnostic. Now Rust want me to bring the truck back for they can charge me for another diagnostic and repair. Before they worked on the clutch I had warranty that most likely would pay for the transmission work because wasn't a maintenance issue but now they wont pay because is a pre existing problem that they misdiagnostic and now I have to pay for the whole repair on my own. I don't know what is the big deal on 3 months ago since is the same problem back again and their warranty is 12 months or 12000 miles.I was over seas for more than month and couldn't bring the truck to them anyhow. When I explain to Rust that we are too far apart on the issue and I would contact Revdex.com for a resolution he told me that they've been in business for over 35 years and there is nothing Revdex.com can make him do so I was waisting my time contacting them. From that instant I realized that he was trying to just get my truck back into the shop to make more money on a new repair other than fixing what they got pay to do it. Now if I bring the truck over they could ask for more money that I don't have and keep the truck until payment is satisfy their work. I reached out for Revdex.com to make them realize their mistake and what they done and now how we going to fix it , not try to make more money out the circuntances.

We repaired this vehicle on 01/19/2018. She has a 3yr 50,000 miles parts warranty. The warranty states that she has to bring her vehicle in once a year for a preventive maintenance so we can look at her vehicle and she has to pay for the fluids and filter. She has not been in for those service. This would void her warranty. But we will help her if she has a leak on it
we will fix it. She is 2 years into her warranty. If she has an internal problem the parts are covered she would just have to pay the labor. She writes that she only has a 12 month warranty. If that was so she would have been out of warranty 1/19/2019. She has a 3yr/50,000 parts warranty and we will honor our warranty. All she has to do is call us and we will work her in to our schedule.

What does he even talking about? Most to be replying to another complaint from another unhappy customer; I didn't own this truck on 2018 and further more this truck was on his shop to be repair on November/2019. Thats why I am asking for Revdex.com help because what this shop says it makes no sense, I explained before what happen and the only thing they want to do is ask me to bring the truck back for they can make more money to fix what they should had been fix in the first time. My only mistake was NOT read their reviews online before I had them touch my truck. The trust has been broken and now with this answer from my complaint it shows the level of care and disorganization from this shop. It surprises me on how he told me they've been in business for 35 years, for me they are running a daycare not a professional mechanic shop.
I wish they do the right thing and fix what they got paid to do it and not try to extort more money from me.

Wow I was so impressed with this company!!! First I must say they gave me appointment that same day. Then I was running late and they said no problem we will check you in when you get here.Next they checked my transmission in about 30 minutes or less. They even went on a test drive with me in my car to make sure all was okay. And most of all they told me that my transmission was in great condition and I needed no repairs! I was so impressed they have won my trust and I will be a loyal customer from here on out! Thank you guys y'all were great!!!
