All Time Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

All time came out to clean a main sewer line drain. They did not give a price over the phone before they came. They used a snake and it did not work. They wanted to charge 450,00 for that procedure and leave without fixing the problem. I said are you kidding me first I never had been charged by any company 450.00 to run a snake through a drain let alone have the company leave without fixing the problem. So, they said they would jet it out but they wanted 1200.00 on top of the 450.00 to do it! We called the company and they agreed to run the jet for 1200.00 ( which is a ridiculous price) but they had me trapped. They said that the pipe was collapsed and if I hired them to replace it they would take the 1200..00 off the price. Once they left I called for the price quote however they ignored my request. After several attempts to get the price the guy on the phone said go by the verbal quote. Who would do that? So they took my ,ones and are now ignoring me. Just as well, I found an excellent plumber to do the job. Lesson learned, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take your money and then ignore you. Horrible customer service.

All Time Plumbing was hired to replace a faulty icemaker/water line shut off valve. We had discovered our icemaker water line leaking into the basement and the shut off valve was broken. It was Sunday afternoon and we could not find another plumber to come and do the work. All Time arrived promptly and corrected the issue. BUT, for 45 minutes of work, he charged $95 diagnostic fee, $125 for the new valve & pipe and $195 for the 45 minutes he spent he from the time he walked into the house until he left. He also slightly overcharged on the tax he collected which was another $30 for a grand total of $445.00. Unless you are desperate for a plumber like I was, I would NEVER call on them.
