Hi I received a complaint in the mail from you, ID [redacted]. I looked into the customer/order and I saw that I sent them an email (I will attached a screenshot of the order/email) saying that we received a package sent back to us but with not note saying anything about what they wanted, either...

refund or exchange size and to let us know so we can send out a new pair or send them the refund. I checked and we never got a response from them. I just send them another email again asking how much they spent to mail the shoes so we can reimburse them (even though the shoes not fitting isn't our fault) Also when they said our shoes were said to be [redacted] also isn't true. Its on Our Website and the listing for the shoes multiple times that they are All The Rage brand shoes NOT [redacted] or name brand. Anyway I haven't heard from them yet so I just submitting them a refund anyway for shipping and their whole order. I have attached a copy of that also. I'm a very small business and my items are custom made that we take preorders for so the wait time is long, and that is also stated everywhere on our website and listing and they are also emailed frequently with updates on the items and ship times.
