job that was done at [redacted] for owner [redacted]. This is a double and both units are occupied. [redacted] lives downstairs and [redacted] is upstairs. We coordinated the service around [redacted]'s schedule since she was the one meeting us at the property. We had previously set up an appointment through the owner and [redacted] did not show up for appointment. I did call [redacted] in between the first and follow up call because she was complaining about roaches. I was not rude to her on the phone but she probably did not like the fact that I told her we did not see any roach activity in the whole house while we were there on our initial service but we put out a few monitors and will check it again when we do the follow-up. Mr. [redacted] did say to go ahead and inspect to see if there was any infestation of roaches as well. We did not see [redacted] the first visit, the lady upstairs let us in her unit while she was sleeping in her room.On March 12th around 10 a.m. we arrived to perform our follow up at 4217 Bridge and started upstairs at [redacted]'s. As we were checking things she called [redacted] several times but she was not answering. She then took us downstairs because we had finished upstairs and started pounding on her door for several minutes. [redacted] finally woke up and answered the door and let us in with [redacted]. We did our follow up and inspected her unit for roaches and checked the monitors. There wasn't anything on them and we did not see any evidence of roach activity. I asked Jim if he had seen any activity and he said no and I agreed that is when [redacted] began to be angry saying there was bugs and we didn't know what we were doing. Jim said "[redacted] I have been doing this for 30 years and I am licensed through the state." She was continuing on by then saying I was rude to her on the phone. Jim then said lets go we don't have to put up with her talking to us like that and [redacted] also agreed. As we were walking out she continued yelling at us on her porch and yelling in Jims face. Things escalated and he did call her a b[redacted] after she assaulted him twice by pushing him on the shoulders and saying she was going to punch him in the face. I told her I was calling the police because she assaulted him and the neighbor upstairs was trying to talk to us saying she was sorry she doesn't know what her problem was but that she was sorry. [redacted] at that time called the police saying we wouldn't leave her property. She told us they were coming so we waited outside in the driveway with [redacted] for at least 30 minutes as the cops did not show up at that time frame. We were going to file a report against [redacted] for assault. She then stated we better leave she is letting her dogs out to get us. [redacted] asked us to step out of gated area so that [redacted] could let out the dogs, in which we agreed. [redacted] also stayed with us the entire time after the confrontation and I called the owner of the property right away to let him know what had occurred. We have never had an issues or confrontations with anyone in the work place. We would not go back to this property with her being the tenant due to the fact that it is a safety concern.Customer service is a high priority with our company and want to make sure all of our customers are happy and satisfied.
