THIS PLACE IS A RIP OF! They stated vehicle was done on Saturday 03/10/18 and the Owner Marc advised us to be there at 730am there was a female there who proceeded to listen in on the conversation and yelled at marco that she told us to be there by 830 am Marco still told us to come at 730 so he can go ahead and help us with pricing and paying. We went there on Saturday at 730 like the owner told us and the female was there and told us Marco is sick and we would need to deal with her...It went down hill from there she told us to sit down and she will be with us when she could. So as told we sat down and waited my boyfriend then had asked her a question on who owned the facility her answer to us was Sir I am not ready to speak to you so just be quiet until I am ready to deal with you because I have a lot of numbers in my head and that's not important right now... She proceeded to apply her make up when she told us she was warming up the computers. We sat there until we figured out she was not doing anything and asked her to get us our bill so we could pay and leave she then started shouting to us in Greek/ English and shoved her coffee in my face saying I Haven't had my coffee yet you both need to calm down and return to our seats now! She then started going back and forth to the Tech bringing him in saying she felt threatened and wanted him to come video tap the situation which he did he pulled his phone out and video recorded everything. Not once did we threaten her but as they both said she has been punched in the face before with previous customers... Going on 45mins now and still no price for the transmission repair she quoted us $2500 plus $875 for diagnostic testing in the beginning but couldn't give a set price when we got there to pay because she kept trying to add an extra $400 onto the bill and more tax onto the already taxed bill in the beginning we were only told one official quote how it kept going up in beyond me. She kept on adding money and trying to get an arouse out of us and commenting nasty things from under her breath the whole time we were there she seemed to be on drugs she was slurring words and couldn't focus on anything. We tried Paying her with 3 different means of money and new stories popped up the CC machine has been down for a couple days after we tried 3 different credit cards, she then said I'm going to need you to go get a money order or cash we said no cash , she then said she would take a check so we drove all the way home for her to decline the check payment because her bank said it would take 5-7 business days to clear which is normal when she came back we asked for the check back and she said she lost it when it was sitting in her wallet the whole time she was looking for it she finally gave us the check because we pointed it out to her where it was sitting because we clearly saw it .....she then called in her family members to the shop to play as customers and brought them over to us and introduce them to us as normal happy customers of hers unlike us and this is who she normally deals with not out of control people like us. she then had our vehicle lifted in the air and would not release us our vehicle so we then had to go pay for a rental to get to and from work and we still do not have our vehicle back this place is a joke complete scammers and they hold you vehicle hostage even when you have payment ! Would run far from this place they are the most unprofessional scammers drug seeking people ever. We were trying to pay to get our truck out and she turned every payment away and didn't release our vehicle after dealing with her yelling nasty behavior from 730 am until 130 pm with nothing solved and still no bill because she keeps trying to add more and more money to the bill.. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I promise I couldn't make this up if I tried never in my life have I been in this situation!

Customer service & refund complaint against Alltech Auto Service & Repair (Transmission). My horrible experience continues into the resolution area!
On Wednesday, 11/1/17, I asked my boss if I could leave work early to have my car diagnose, I informed him that I was going to leave work at 1:00pm. My guy friend tagged along with me. Around 2:30 pm, I took my car to Alltech Auto Service & Repair (Transmission) located at 2227 Seminole Blvd, Largo, FL 33778. Ph #: 727-559-5900. A woman named Molly greets my friend and me, she gave us a tour around the shop. Then she had us sit down in the office talking about nonsense. Molly asked us if we were married or in a relationship. She asked me if I lived on my own or had roommates. I informed her that I just wanted a diagnostic test to be done to see what is wrong with my car. I filled out my basic information on the work order. I recall her asking me if my car was fully paid off. Am I in school? Do I have a job? She asked for the last 4 of my social for authorization purposes? She knew the previous story of my previous transmission, thanks to my friend. Molly took down notes on the work order about my car having shifting problems, fly wheel, CV axle might be loose, etc. Then she said, well it is $895 to reserve your car in the bay because you don't want to leave it outside and it might get stolen. The price also includes other diagnostic tests. I told Molly that I have never heard of that before and I never had to leave my car overnight. She said well if we don't find anything wrong with your car, we refund you the money as her voice drifts away. My friend said that it was normal price. Previously his other mechanic and friend have worked on my car so I trusted him. I handed my car key and two credit cards. She never once informed me that they are going to take my car apart. She took my driver's license to make a copy and forgot to give it back to me. She persuaded me to choose her car rental discount at Enterprise when I had already made reservations at Hertz. She was trying to get me to apply for a car credit loan, I said no thank you. She told me that someone would call me on Thursday afternoon to let me know what's wrong with the car. She told me that the $895 does not include parts. I questioned her again, "So you do know already that I need a transmission?" She said, "No we won't know until the tests are done." Molly also never gave me a copy of the work order. We left Alltech around 3:45 pm. We grabbed a bite to eat. Around 5:00 pm, we arrived to Enterprise and come to find out, Molly still had my driver's license so my friend had to drive back to her shop and get it. I finally get the rental, drop off my friend, and head home. Something just didn't feel right. My anxiety was out of control so I decided to research more about Alltech. I found lots of complaints on many different websites and I found out that the good reviews that I have been reading are false. Alltech pays people to write FALSE good reviews. Around 8:00 pm, I called Alltech Auto Service & Repair (Transmission) and reached a woman and I asked her, "Are you the call center?" She said, "Yes for one road." I said, "Who? What's that? I called Alltech." She said, "Um, I am going to hang-up and you can call back and leave a message." I called back and left a message. The next day on 11/2/17, I called at 7:30 am right when they opened. I left a message. I didn't reach someone until 8:30 am, Brian answers the phone and he is the mechanic. I introduced myself and that I owned the red Honda Civic 2003 LX. I told him that I do not want anyone to touch my car and I changed my mind. He said, "Well you paid $895 to let us take apart your car." I said, "No I didn't, I paid $895 to get a diagnostic test done and to reserve my car in the bay so it wouldn't get stolen outside which I think is ridiculously overpriced." Brian said, "I just got here and opened up at 8:00 am. I come into work to work, not to pick up the phone, mam. I said, "Is that how Alltech does business by not answering the phone?"Brian said, "Call me back in 20 minutes." I said, "Why? I told you not to touch

my car. I am picking it up today. Why would calling me back in 20 mins matter?" He said, "Probably nothing but I am getting an incoming phone call." He hangs up on me. I blocked my number and a woman picked up. I introduced myself & what kind of car I owned. She starts to yell and threatens me. She said, "If you come to my shop, I will call the cops on you. If you call over and over again, I will file harassment and I will block your number. ***, you are ungrateful person, you need to learn to be nice so that nice people can do nice things for you. I don't care that you do not want to do business with us. You are the least important person in our place right now because there are way more important people who paid more to get their transmission done. If you don't learn to be nice, maybe the car will be ready today or tomorrow or next week or not at all. Maybe you won't get your car back." She didn't let me get a word in, just screaming and threatening me. I was in tears. She assumed that I hung up so she said, "Oh, did you hang up on me? I have to go now because I am an accountant or I am seeing an accountant. I even gave you my rental and it is includes with the $895. You are so ungrateful. Our mechanic has been working on your car since 4:00 am." She kept on shouting repetitively, "When are you coming? Are you coming right now? Bye for now." I just told her, "I will be in today and if you hurt my car, you will see." Then I hung up. A few hours later, another friend of mine accompanied me, and I also called the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department. Two sheriffs arrive at Alltech. I informed them of what was going on. I told them that I was too scared to go to Alltech by myself because Molly or whomever had threatened me on the phone. They touched my car without my authorization. The $895 didn't include touching my car. It only included my car rental, diagnostic test, and to keep my car overnight in the bay instead of outside their shop so that it wouldn't get stolen. I stayed outside while the sheriffs went in first. The sheriffs went inside the shop and stayed there for at least 20 mins or more, they come outside and informed me that my car will not be ready until Friday, 11/3/17 at 5:00 pm. I was like really? They weren't supposed to touch my car at all. I didn't authorize that. I told the sheriffs what was included in the $895 (mentioned above). They were shocked. Deputy *** gave me the number to call and the case number and she advised me to call the sheriffs to accompany me to get my car. I told her, "Oh yes I will definitely call, Molly scares me." On Friday, 11/3/17, in the late morning, Alltech calls me and it is *** (Molly's husband), he says, "Your car is ready now and all you have to do is pay the taxes of $895 and sign a release form otherwise you won't get your car back until you do." I questioned him, "The taxes of $895? So what is wrong with my car?" He says, "Oh, I don't know, you told us not to touch your car so we took it apart and then we just put it back together and now you are paying the $895 for that reason." I called my car insurance and requested a towing truck to meet at Alltech to get my car towed back home. Around 2:40 pm, I called Pinellas County Sheriff's Department to request sheriffs to keep the peace. Shortly after, Deputy *** and another sheriff deputy accompanied my friend and me to get my car. I informed them of the situation. The deputy informed me that lots of people complain about their car being held hostage and being overcharged. I looked over the fake work order with my pre-signed signature, everything else was false. *** drives my car away from his property. He wanted the sheriffs to leave his property quickly because it brings bad business. I was scammed $478.82 (2x) =$957.64+$62.65=$1020.29. This place is a rip-off. They not only overcharge but they are very dishonest people. I wish that I would have known to not trust this place. I demand a refund of $1020.29.

Dear Trade Practice Specialist
RE Revdex.com Complaint Case# XXXXXXXX
We are grateful for you taking the time to address what appears to be a miscommunication between our receptionist and Miss ***. stopped by our establishment located at 2227 Seminole Blvd. Largo FL XXXXX. *** came to the shop with a friend who recommended her. Please see dates and times on repair order. His name is John. John was mortified by his friend ***'s behavior after she signed all the paperwork to have her transmission rebuilt. He came to our shop and apologized after the fact because she according to him flipped her switch as he stated, and had a change of heart after all the work was commenced. Alltech abides by very strict criteria in our policy of procedures. Once the job is taken in the work begins and the customer is liable for 100% Labor. If customer changes their mind we will apply a teardown or reassembly fee of 100 % Labor charges. Unfortunately, *** is not entitled to any refunds. When a client desires Quality, Accuracy, and Results at reasonable rates they come to Alltech since 1976. We never get a come-back for instance. As we kindly explained to ***. She also requested from her bank more money than she even paid us for the Alltech Special we are running on the labor. Clearly this customer is seeking funds perhaps for Christmas gifts, but she should recognize the real total amount she paid Alltech. Our decision is final.

That's unfortunate that Alltech isn't consider a scammer. They have scammed a lot people in the Tampa Bay Area and elsewhere. Another unfortunate thing is that *** (one of the owners of Alltech) lied in his response to my Revdex.com complaint.
