Originally happy with driveway and stoop Called continuously on 3 diff numbers to ask about someone coming to fix a loose paver on new stoop. Got quite the runaround. Jerry who did our work suddenly seems to have disappeared into thin air. Their addresses on their website which my husband and I went to included a UPS shop with a PO box, one private home which I rang the bell no answer, and a second private home that I wouldn't even go to the door of. Very Very poor customer service and communication.

Review: Driveway and pavers were installed at my home. Job was done extremely sloppily & unprofessionally. Tar left on home siding, work boot imprints on pavers, cracked pavers, not enough sand fill in between pavers, visible pebbles on asphalt, cracked & damaged pavers installed, plants away from worksite damaged, extreme amount of grass removed at the perimeters ( more than necessary to do the work) Gutters were knocked off during the work & not replaced. Dangerous Glass from work equipment was broken & left on the property and on the street. Cable wires were chopped up in four different pieces with out notififying homeowner. Business owner did not install my desired color trim paver because he didn't agree with or misunderstood my choice. Attempted to contact business owner three times about my dissatisfaction. The first call, Business owner jerry agreed to come to the home to look over the work & never showed up at the appointed day & time. Tried contacting him twice more including sending him pictures of the issues ( upon his request)He has not responded to the messages or come back to the site as promised.Desired Settlement: Since these issues are cemented in , I'm not sure what can be done. If they can be fixed, id like them fixed. If not then I'd like a reasonable price adjustment/ refund.
