All State Carpet & Tile Care

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In their response I can say this I was told they would to talk about our carpet. And we were told someone would come look at the carpet. First of all we did not make anything difficult. And yes the company did come back however  he did not walk around the house and cleans a small area.  I would like this to be honesty and truthful. They were shirt with my wife and then with me. I never been treated in such a manor before, ..yes we have companies come in and clean our carpet better. And smelled fresh. Our carpet is not recycle carpet. We on expressed what's were told the carpet process of what it is made of. Carpet ware marked understandable but dirt area not coming our that's the unsatisfactory. [redacted] did come back and the small area he re cleaned after dried looked better way better and I was please wish was all carpet. 

Companies have been in my home cleaned great and those who did not do so good when asked to come back they were quick in response and very polite and nice. This company seem to be irritated by my wife. 

Thank you you coming back but I feel this is poor relationship to build with a company to come back in the future has been lost due to lack of my experience with customer service. And excuses of why our carpet was not clean the first time. I am happy they returned just would like better relationship not only for my home but would have used for my business.

On Friday the 7th [redacted] called the office and requested a service for Monday February 10th.  On Monday our technician arrived to the residence and after quoting out the job [redacted] became very irate and began arguing about pricing. Our technician explained to [redacted] that the...

coupon she had was a total of $79.00 which included a living room that is 280sqft, hallway and one bedroom plus a $10 trip charge. After not coming to an agreement on pricing we advised our tech to leave the premises. We had a manager ([redacted]) that was in the area, called [redacted] and told her that he would be by to take a look at her home. Upon [redacted] arrival and walk through the total service amount was in fact $79.00, however, as a courtesy and inconvenience that [redacted] had already prepared her home to be serviced [redacted] dropped the price to $70.00 to please her. Before and after the cleaning [redacted] reiterated that all traffic areas were severely worn out. [redacted] expressed that several carpet cleaning companies in the past have serviced their home and they were not pleased. Upon completion the work order was signed and that everything was satisfactory. (See attached invoice) 

Later on that evening, [redacted], [redacted] husband called our office and expressed that they were not happy with their carpet cleaning service. We let him know that we would call him after 3pm the following day to set up an appointment. On Tuesday the 12th we called and [redacted] immediately was unhappy and frustrated that we were not able to re-clean her home that day. She became short and hung up the phone on us. A few minutes later [redacted] called and accused us of being rude and uncooperative with his wife. This was not the case, we explained to him that we were extremely busy and that we were going to clean his home as soon as possible. We offered a next day (Wednesday) appointment and Mr. [redacted] turned it down because it was not convenient for them. 

On Thursday February 13th, [redacted] arrived to their residence around 2:30pm., did a quick walk through and everything looked clean. However, they refused to accept that and wanted to make things very difficult. To avoid conflict [redacted] decided to pre-spray and steam clean the carpets all over again, as a courtesy and a way to resolve this matter. As work was completed they once again signed off that work was satisfactory. (See attached invoice)

Friday February 14th, our company received a complaint from the Revdex.com. We stand behind our work and take pride in what we do. Customer service and a great product has always made our company a success. With this said we have had an A+ rating for the past 7 years. Our company has invested in the biggest and best equipment available to carpet cleaners. We feel that we did everything in our power to accommodate [redacted] and [redacted]. Again, they expressed that several carpet cleaning companies were not able to satisfy them, and it seems our company has also fell short. With four adults, a dog and running a full daycare out of their home has made it impossible for their 8 year old recycled carpet to look brand new. As a conclusion, we decided that our company will not return and re-clean this home. Our company has been extremely patient and accommodating to resolve this situation, there is absolutely no refunds that will be issued to them.

Excellent customer service. Job performed to complete satisfaction.

Everything we were told was true to the letter. [redacted] was

excellent and did a good job as our carpets were a little

dirtier than they should have been. He offered good common

sense advise on how to keep them cleaner,that we had never

been told before from any other carpet cleaners.

A+ would be our rating and will be using them again.

We have our carpets cleaned once a year as to maintain general cleanliness and also in particular to address the problem of heavily trafficked areas. We have been in our home for 13 years. This Company did better than any other company that has ever cleaned our carpets. They were also very courteous and professional. We are glad that we chose All State Carpet & Tile Care.

On 8/12 Me and my husband Had a wonderful experience with Allstate. They called before they arrived, were nice and friendly, got the job done quick. The technician [redacted] and his partner were awesome. I would recommend this company to others as well as the two who cleaned the carpet. I definitely will be using this company again. Thanks again.

I have used this company several times, including today. Mitch always gives me a two-hour window for arrival and calls 20 minutes before arrival. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with him. My whole-house carpeting always get cleaned thoroughly and dries within a reasonable period. His price has been consistent and within the range of his previously used competition. A credit to his industry, from my experience.

I have had them out to 3 jobs. Each time no surprises, arrive on time, dependable and do an excellent job. As a RE Broker, all of the above are very important to me.

I have even needed them ASAP and they came through !! I highly endorse Mitch and anyone working for or with him. From [redacted] to [redacted] ! I think,

Carpets came out beautiful quick drying and workers were a pleasure to deal with definetely will use all state again very satisfied with service thanks again!!!!

We are hosting our two oldest boys birthdays on Sunday and my wife didn't want all the family and friends coming over with nasty carpets. We have three boys under the age of 7, so you can understand my wife's grief. I called [redacted] on Friday, extreme short notice, and he didn't hesitate with squeezing me into his Saturday schedule.

The carpets look great!! My wife's very happy and that's one less thing for her to worry about. Not only was the costumer service great but the carpets turned out awesome.

Each time I've used AllState, I've been extremely pleased. They are professional, courteous, prompt, and thorough. The pricing is very fair and I actively recommend the company to my friends. I've tried others, and been sorry I didn't call AllState. They are "my carpet guys" from here on.

Great, honest, well-priced, thorough company! My carpet and sofas look like new after the cleaning, we could not be happier with the job that they did.

In July my wife and I had All State Carpet and Tile Care to clean the carpet in our home. I called and spoke with [redacted], the owner. The next day he sent a worker out who used a steam cleaning process to extract old dirt. He followed the cleaning with applying Scotch guard. We had not cleaned our carpet for over ten years. The result of the cleaning was amazing. The carpet in most places looked like new. The heavy traffic areas were almost like new.

My wife and I, recently leased a commercial property. and are soon to open a restaurant. I was so impressed with the quality of the carpet cleaning in our home, that this week I called [redacted] again. I asked if he could clean the filthy commercial carpet (probably with four or five years of ground in dirt and grease) from the previous restaurant business. This time [redacted] came out to assess the job first , and gave me an estimate before doing the work. He was honest with me about the shape the carpet was in, and said he would do his best, but thought some of it was so bad it might need to be replaced. He said we would not know for sure until after he cleaned it. He then used his strongest chemical cleaners to emulsive the old grease and dirt, and followed that with the steam extraction process. Some the areas needed more than one extraction. When he was done, once again I was amazed. Most of the carpet looked new. None of it needed to be replaced. The effect was to brighten up our soon to open restaurant. [redacted] then told me that the previous owners had probably had put scotch guard on the carpet which allowed him to clean it this well, and that had protected the carpet fibers from being damaged by the years of dirt and grease.

Both times the cost of the work was very fair, and less than the estimates I was given by big name carpet cleaning businesses. [redacted] of All State has earned my repeat business, and my highest recommendation.

I served 20 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force and retired as a colonel. I have also worked with other commercial carpet cleaners, including some of the big name businesses. This is the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen. I do not give out recommendations like this lightly.

This company is one of the few that does everything it says they are going to do and they finish with a committment to service.

I will use them again and again.

I used All State Carpet Cleaning on 1/8/2014. They are primo. No worries here. These guys are conscientious and highly efficient. They let you know what to do after they're gone for best results. This was my 2nd time to have All State, and I will not call anyone else.

My experience with all state carpet and tile was a very pleasant one they were very professional and on time for there appointment and my carpets were cleaned to the best I have ever seen I get my carpets cleaned twice a year consistently and will be using all state for now on !!

AWESOME COMPANY!!! I recently had my whole house cleaned and was impressed with the service I received!! My carpets had not been cleaned in 4 yrs which last time I used Stanley Steemer and was sucked in by their contract… Not impressed! All State is much more reasonable in price and the quality of work is much better then I had ever experienced with Stanley Steemer! I had my carpets cleaned and my tile, grout scrubbed cleaned and sealed. All State restored my grout when other major carpet cleaners told me that grout was stained and permanent. I will recommend this company to my family and friends!
