Review: [redacted] at All star has had my motorcycle for over 6 months. I gave him the money for parts needed in February right away. It was over $322. I have reached out a number of times by phone text & email. My mechanic that works across the way has gone over about 5 times and told him to call me ASAP never got a call back. When I got ahold of [redacted] he said the bike is ready for pick up 2 Saturday ago I showed up with a ride no one was there. Then a Friday ago I was not working out of town went by and he said it will be ready Friday. I called last Friday to confirm and he said with the paint being still not completely dried and bolting everything back it would be better to pickup today (Labor Day)and I even asked him if he off on the holiday and said no we don't get all those holidays like everyone else so being Labor day I showed up again with a ride no one there once again. I have given his so many opportunity and I have ran out of what to do so this is why I am contacting you for help.Desired Settlement: return of my motorcycle. I can have my mechanic store it in his shop and have someone else work on it. This is taking way to long.

RESPONSE:I spoke to [redacted] in regards to [redacted] and [redacted] had worked out an agreement with [redacted] to make up for his service taking too long. [redacted] waived [redacted] insurance deductible and painted his entire bike without charge. The insurance work only included spot paint on the areas damaged. The additional wait for the paint to dry was on the work he received after his original repair work was completed. We took his entire bike apart and painted all parts at no charge to resolve his issues. Thats aporimentlt [redacted] doesn't understand why he is complaining about the free work. the wk done costs was about $2000 to paint an entire bike.
