All Star Water Sports

My husband, *** and I booked 2 jet skis this past weekend. We were scheduled to start at 3pm on Friday 5/31. We were sent directions and arrived on time. We waited 45 minutes for this company to meet us with the jet skis. We called several times and they told us each time he was on his way, 5 more minutes. Well 5 minutes turned in to 45 and he finally arrived. We are from out of town (6 hours away) and had arranged childcare for our 2 kids so we could spend a day together. It is unprofessional to have customers who paid in full, sit and wait by a tree as we were told to do, for 45 minutes with zero explanation or apologies for the inconvenience. Then about 15 minutes before we were supposed to be back with the jet skis, someone from the business called my husband and told him that they were waiting for us at the ramp. So not only were they late with no regard to their paying customers, they rushed us back before our time was up. We had a good time once we got out there, but the overall experience wasn't what we expected.
