background-">Thank you for the letter regarding the filed complaint Customer stated the wrong problem with the jacket initially and jacket was sent back to company who then 1/weeks later sent back jacket stating there was nothing wrong with the sizing of the sleeves Jacket was here for a while before customer was notified of the issue actually not being an issue Jacket has been returned to the customer and as are as we are concerned it was a simple misunderstanding and a bit of poor communication on our part
