We were basically stuck out of town with an overheating pickup truck pulling a 25' travel trailer. Good Sam wouldn't cover it and their recommended business wouldn't either. Thankfully All Star came to the rescue. Within 40 minutes they were there with a flat bed for the truck and hitched up the trailer. We made it safely home. The driver, David, was wonderful. He was professional, polite and very careful with the vehicles. Jennifer at dispatch was also very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Can not imagine a better turnout for our situation than having All Star take care of everything for us.
My car was illegally towed away in *** where my son lives. *** is a private apartment complex where guest parking spaces are clearly marked in the street. They have their own parking rules for guests. My son had to call us a taxi from work to take us to the towing place where they had my car. Once there, the guy said that cars are towed away after 24 hours parked. (no such a thing) My wife and I have been going to stay in my son's house for a couple of days every week for years. They charged me $360.00. I told them that my car was towed illegally, and the charge was excessive, and told them I was to report them to Revdex.com. My son talked to the *** association. They said they're going to talk to them to try to get me refund. I am 83 years old, my wife 76. We live on Social Security. Paying so much money is going to make a big dent in our cost of living expenses
In regards to Mr. complaint with the towing of his vehicle from *** on September 24, 2019. After speaking with our contact at the *** HOA, the parking rules are as follows. Guest parking is able to be used 7 days per month however the vehicle can not use guest parking more than 3 consecutive days. All home owners are given an HOA guide which has all of the rules that go along for the particular HOA. We understand the frustration that goes along with having a vehicle towed and wish we could do more to help especially when we have elderly people picking up vehicles knowing that most are on fixed incomes. We never received any call from the HOA regarding this specific vehicle and issuing a refund due to the vehicle being wrongfully towed. After speaking with the HOA, they did advise that with this specific situation this vehicle had been there for 3 consecutive days. We did try explaining this to the customer. Thank you, ***All Star Heavy Haul & Towing, Inc
I am rejecting this response because:
hat they are saying is not true. Only the owner can submit a complain, and he already did. We have to wait until the next HOA meeting on the 28th
