Our freezer stopped working on Friday, Feb 3 2018, so I called them. The representative said she'd have them call, Friday came and went, called Saturday, the same representative said she'd page him again, no call, so Sunday, we decided to call someone else, and to this date Wednesday, Feb 7 2018, they still have not contacted us. They can't be depended on! This was the first time we had ever tried them.
