Cristina schedule my appointment when I needed it, and Josh showed up on time and fixed all of the issues. My mom now has her lights back on, and at a very reasonable rate. I cant believe the positive reviews I am seeing for All Services Electric! I had the worst experience with this company and would never ever recommend them to anyone! I will have to say that I am reading that people dealt with a guy named Josh. I dealt with a guy named Mike. He lied and lied over and over. Their service was a nightmare!!! He put my panel outside because he didnt want to put the time and energy into doing what I paid for. I am a single mother with a special needs child and Mike took full advantage of that. He kept telling me because of my situation, he wanted to do me right.
He's a con, in my opinion! The electricians on my project didnt run new wires like they were suppose to do. I put in an endless pool in a pre-existing garage and Mike and 2 other electricians told me the panel was all GFI. They were suppose to Install electric for new swimming pool hook-up 30AMP 240V GFI. When the pool guy came to hook everything up, he informed me that the pool hookup wasnt even GFI. He couldnt believe an electric company wouldnt know that, but I showed him it was stated in the contract. They lied to me over and over! They disconnected power in 3 different areas of my home that werent part of the project area and they werent going to fix it. Mike gave me a final bill and wanted the payment on the spot. The bill included work that wasnt even done. The final bill stated Install new 100AMP panel NEMA3R with all breakers, bonding, and grounding. They installed a rusted panel that had been used with holes on both sides. There was no where to put which breaker was what. The final bill also stated Install electric for sump pump, light, and switch in crawl space. There was no light in the crawl space ever installed. The outlets that no longer worked, he wasnt going to have the company fix what they did. I told him I wasnt going to pay the final bill until everything on my contract was done and done right. He had a new panel put in, a light in the crawl space, I begged for them to write what breaker was what, and they fixed the power to what they disconnected. I am still in fear of a fire. My light switch in another room that turned on a switch in the pool room, they had disconnected. This was the only light switch into that room before entering the room. They were mad because I wanted that to work like before they ever came to my home. It was a safety issue, besides the fact that I wanted what I had previously. They got switch to work again, however, it also turns on the attic light. So my attic light now comes on every time the other light comes on. Why? Because all service electric connected things together to save them time and money at the cost of my safety and my daughters safety. Mike also chased me down for the final payment before I could get an inspector for the final inspection. He came to my door pounding on it several times. He called my cell several times. He sat at the end of the road waiting for me to come home and followed me into my driveway. He said if I didnt pay him right then, he would get fired. He begged me for the money. He said the warranty would cover whatever else I needed. I was quite fearful at that time because Mike was so persistent. I gave him the money. This November will be 2 years. I am within the legal time of filing a case against All Services Electric. I may do just that. Beware of this company!!! Everything you just read is the absolute truth! I have pictures and recordings to prove my statements. This company should be ashamed for how they conducted business at my home. I find it very sad!
