I had large aluminum insulated patio cover installed on back of house in December 2018. It looked great, however it started to leak water every time it rained. The cam lights underneath fill with water and the ceiling fan keeps shorting out. The seams are already starting to rust. I keep calling the company but they blame it on the subcontractor who won’t return my calls. No one has been able to do anything but put a few bigs globs of caulking on the top. The service manager Gary and the owner Larry seem completely unwilling to make it right. I would not recommend this company.
I had a patio installed at backyard of my new home in Irvine California few days ago. The patio looked very beautiful and installation was very professional. I am very satisfied and will recommend to anyone without reservation ..

The lead paver is highly skilled and takes pride in perfection of his work. He meticulously laid and set each pave stone with precision in following the very complicated pattern. Good demolition and clean up. Highly recommended business.
We replaced our old wood patio cover with an aluminum one from All Seasons a few years ago. The initial attraction was the showroom in San Diego where we could actually see what we were actually buying. We had some issues with the drain spouts, but overall we are quite satisfied. Also, we added motorized shades. Expensive, but great.
Thank you so much Mr. for the kind and honest review. We appreciate it. Hope you continue to enjoy your patio cover.

All Seasons Team
Larry H did a fantastic job for my uncle. We noticed a much lower bill during the summer months when he was using his AC system.
On May 14th I signed a contract for a patio cover . the price *** wanted was *** I said No. The next day I said I would do it for ***. *** said he would need a managers approval. He called back said he Manager approved it and came over and took *** deposit Later that day another person came over and measured the project and took *** more . which he said they needed to order the materials . Job was suppose to be completed around 6-15-18. On May 30th I called in to see how things were going and a secratary told me she would get back with me . The next morning I received a text back from her that the company was going to cancel my contract because they were not making any money on the deal. I also received a letter saying the same thing dated 6-1-18 from ***. After 15 days of having my money of *** which was to get Material they sent me a refund check. I had 3 days to cancel the patio cover but why can they cancel at any time. I feel they should complete the deal as signed or have cancelled the deal within 3 days.
As the salesman wrote clearly across your contract, this is subject to management and owners approval. He called the office and there was no manager at the time to approve or disapprove. He did advise you that we would proceed to as if it was already approved. However I, *** could not authorize moving forward with your project because we would lose money. I understand you want us to build your project since we are the premier Patio Builder in all of Southern California. If you would like a new accurate estimate we can have someone else give you a visit and provide that for you. You are also invited to come down to our showroom; we are open 7 days a week for your convenience. Otherwise, unfortunately, there is no possibility of us building the patio cover at that price.
Best Regards
To Revdex.comI , *** reject All Seasons business response reply, nothing was written on my contract saying a managers approval was necessary. Included are pictures of all copies of the contract. Also is a picture of All Seasons add in the san diego union tribune paper on July 5th 2018 The add is offering a 12’ x 20’ lattice cover patio cover starting at *** . My cover is 8’ x 14 ‘ for $2200. This is a case about sellers remorse.Thank You
We apologize for the inconvenience this situation might have caused, the sales representative made it very clear; your contract was subject to management and owner approval. At this point, there is no possibility of building a custom freestanding patio cover for you at any price. It is unfortunate you keep attempting to bully us into building a patio cover for you. We have made it very clear we will not do business with you and wish that you look for another company that can build this for you. Thank you. Best Regards, All Seasons Team
The company was hired to install a patio cover and flagstone in the backyard. On the patio cover the molding was not straight. Molding was cut short causing gaps. The cuts in the main beam was cut short causing gaps. The calking was not correctly applied. The flagstone installation was not done correctly. Not dug deep enough. Used sand. Did not place stones close enough. Filled in gaps with small flagstone pieces. Did not cap all sprinklers correctly causing a water leak resulting in a wet spot under the flagstone. Loose sand everywhere. Spaces between stones not filled in correctly with crushed granite The stones were not installed correctly causing broken stones. Uneven. Was not packed with a machine. Not level. Had two different crews to work on the flagstone. long delays to work on the project. Company wants last payment minus a $480.00 discount and does not want to correct the problems. The flagstone looks horrible. The flagstone needs to be redone
1. Patio Cover: All Seasons installed the patio cover as per the manufacturer's specifications and as per the signed contract with the customer. When completed, the customer thoroughly looked over our work. They then signed our completion form on April 21, 2018 stating they were satisfied with the work.
Several weeks later, when it is time to pay the balance, the customer (Mrs.) keeps finding things wrong with the patio cover. She stated there were gaps, stating that the beams was cut too short etc. This is simply not true. The beam was cut and installed correctly as per the manufacturers specifications by our crew with over 25 years of patio cover experience. However, to show good will, All Seasons agreed to send a contractor out to address the issues, provided she would be there. Mrs., who calls in the complaints, agreed to meet our contractor there on a Saturday morning. When our contractor arrived, she was not home. Mr. pointed out the issues and our contractor caulked the gaps, added a crew cap and inspected the overall cover. And once again, the customer signed another completion certificate on May 19th, 2018 stating they were satisfied with the service provided.
We now have 2 (two) completion certificates signed by the customer accepting our work for the patio cover. Mrs. agrees to meet our personnel, but never is there at the agreed time to address the issues directly.
2. Flagstone: The customer has a large Irish Wolf Hound (100 lbs dog) and wanted a Flagstone patio that would drain well from when the dog uses the area to relieve itself. Concrete and pavers were discussed at the time of the sale, as they do not require much homeowner upkeep/maintenance. Although Flagstone was a cheaper cost of the three choices, the customer determined it would work better for the large dog. The area for the flagstone has a natural slope to it. The Flagstone was installed with that slope. The customer signed the completion certificate accepting the project on March 29th, 2018. When it came time to pay, the Mrs complained that the sand was loose, was not compacted, and there were not enough flagstones installed and that it was sloped. We explained to the customer that there is always loose sand on
flagstone and that it requires regular homeowner upkeep, especially with a 100 lb dog running around on it kicking up sand every time he runs on it. That is not an installation issue; that is a dog issue.
•However, wanting to keep our customers happy, All Seasons agreed to address the issues and make the necessary changes. However, the customer did not want our Flagstone contractor (that did the installation) back on the job to make the corrections. This caused a huge delay as all of our contractors are booked out 3 weeks with other customer's jobs. We had to inconvenience other customers (delay them) to address the Flagstone issues.
All Seasons sent a different contractor, as per the customer's request. He discussed in detail how the flagstone would be installed, how he would use DG (Decomposed Granite) which is heavier than sand and may fair better with the large dog kicking it around. Our contractor was told there were 12 sprinklers that need to be capped. He found and capped 14, 2 more than requested. He compacted the base, added the sand and started working on the job. Halfway through, Mrs. told Mr. to have our contractor stop working and wanted him off the job. Our contractor and his workers cleaned up and left. There was not a good explanation as to why since Mrs. was not available to tell our contractor in person, she had Mr. tell him.
After a few hours delay, and with numerous calls from our office, Mrs. agreed to have him come back. This wasted 3 hours of the day and cost many man hours of labor. The Flagstone was finally completed and Mr. was happy and satisfied. Our contractor even purchased and added 1/4 pallet more of Flagstone per the customer's request to give it a fuller look.
All Seasons did not charge anything extra for the above and simply want to get paid the balance for the project. The balance due as per the contract is $2,180.00.
The customer then called back a week later saying there is a wet spot in the paver area.
We sent our contractor out to look at the issue provided that Mrs. would be there. Once again, she was not there, but Mr. was. Mr. stated that all the water was turned off in the backyard and our contractor confirmed such. There is still a wet spot. The wet spot is right in the middle of the Flagstone area. All the sprinklers that were capped were on the outside edges. There is a leak/water issue with the property that All Seasons is not responsible for. If the water is off at the source, how can it be leaking? All Seasons only capped sprinklers, and did not work on, adjust, or repair the irrigation system. The customer needs to bring in a licensed landscaper/irrigation/plumber to do a pressure test and find the leak, and All Seasons has informed them of such.
Because of the long delays and issues, to show good will, All Seasons has offered to give a $500.00 discount (25% of the balance due). Mrs. then filed this complaint and does not want to pay the remaining balance. She stated she will accept the job as is, if we
waive the entire balance due. She is willing to accept the job without paying the balance due which gives us the impression that she is trying to take advantage of our generosity.
Summary:
We always want to provide great service for our customers. We feel we have gone above and beyond the call of duty on this project. We will not waive anymore monies and want to be paid for our services. We have numerous signed completion certificates stating they have accepted our work. We wish to resolve this issue with the ***s. Mrs. will not meet anyone in person and this causes communication issues as Mr. cannot effectively convey exactly what she wants.
Our next recourse will be to hand this off to our legal department to file a lawsuit and demand for the entire amount due ($2,180.00) plus additional court costs and fees.
I had All Season remove my old wood patio cover and replace it with an aluminum patio cover. Doug the lead did a great job monitoring my construction and keeping me updated. I highly recommend Doug and this company for your home projects.
We just recently moved to a new home and needed to shop around companies for shutters. I had a friend who referred me to All Seasons Windows and Patios. Spoke with the manager Larry and who also came to our house and gave us a free consultation. We went with All Seasons b/c they seemed like they definitely knew their products and they suited us best for the price and quality we were looking for. Another guy named Don came to our house before ordering the shutters to double check the measurements which pleased me b/c I am a detailed oriented. Don knew everything there was to know about window treatments and was a pleasure to speak with. A little over 2 weeks later our shutters came and were installed a bit later d/t holiday conflicting schedules (installer was on vacation). But when we finally got a date that worked for installation, 2 guys came, Jerry and Mark, and they were professional as ever and even so nice to my dog. Took about 2 hours to install 16 shutters and did they turn out beautiful. Showed me how to work the shutters, how to maintain them, as well as cleaned up everything. Needless to say, the whole process went very smoothly. From consultation to installation, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this company, very knowledgeable and experienced staff and great customer service. This company gets 2 thumbs up in my book.
The company sent a salesman who signed into an agreement contract on a settled price. They took a deposit and wrote on the contract that the price is depending upon approval from the owner. They took a $590 deposit. a week later the owner sent another person from his company and took the 2nd installment payment of 4. Then a week later the salesman calls and tries to change the final price of the contract stating the company was off by $400. then the price the company was off went to $500 and ended at $550. I tried explaining that once they accepted not only the deposit but the 2nd installment that the contract was a binding legal document. The owner became very belligerent and stated the reason he breeched the contract was he didn't like my attitude. I was not yelling one time. All the hostility came from the owner. I was totally shocked that one former military company owner could treat another veteran in this manner. I also would like to help others who are thinking of using this company to proceed with extreme caution.
Regarding: ***
As a business owner, it is very easy to answer this complaint. This customer offered the salesman a very low price for a patio Cover. All Salesmen are required to Submit all offers subject to management approval, as was handwritten on this contract and initialed by the customers. After review, the management declined to accept the Customer's low offer. Being a family-run Company, we want all of the business we can get at a fair price. After the customer found out we would not accept his low offer for the patio cover, he spoke with the office staff with less than courteous and polite remarks. He was mad that we were declining his offer, and tried to bully the female office staff into accepting his job. The ladies had no part or authority involved in the decision making. They only called him to inform him that we would be refunding his money due to not being able to build the patio project.
No contract is legally binding if it is clearly handwritten above the signature that the price is subject to management approval. With the refund check, we also sent an additional copy of the original contract Stating "subject to management approval"
records.

After his rude demeanor on the phone with *** in the production department and *** the office manager, this call was passed on to me, the business owner. I listened to him politely and told him that we were going to cancel because the offer was too low. He threatened me that he was going to go to his command and try to blackball our business. He threatened to have us labeled as "do not do business with" within the military community.
I am a former military man myself and I do not respond well to threats from anyone, whether they're a fellow veteran or not. I always love to provide favors and discounts to veterans, and consider them brothers. However, just because you're a veteran, it doesn't give you the permission to threaten or
attempt to bully another veteran.
