To Whom it may concern;All Seasons RV is a Sylvan Sport Go dealer.  A 2018 Go sells for MSRP of $9,995.  Customer did purchase a leftover 2017 Sylvan Sport Go at a $1,000. discount.  As part of the sale All Seasons RV was to install a 4-way flat onto the customer's tow vehicle to...

run the lights on the trailer.  While customer was doing their orientation class our technician did the wiring.  Customer's vehicle required a 3-2 converter because it has amber turn signals.  Customer was to provide the draw bar and ball.  The draw bar and ball were the wrong size so an All Season RV parts associate had to go buy the correct parts from another store as we did not have the correct ones in stock.  When we hooked the trailer to the tow vehicle there were issues with the turn signals.  The technician double checked all of his work and found no issues.  It was determined that the issues appeared to be failure of the tow vehicles battery. The vehicle would not start without being placed on a battery charger for a period of time and would not restart after being turned off. These are very common symptoms of a battery in need of replacement.  As good will All Seasons RV refunded the customer the $85.00 he was charged for the wiring work.  Customer left after receiving the refund.  All Seasons RV stands behind all of our work.  Customer has not contacted us since leaving the Dealership nor has he provided us with any service bills for his tow vehicle to show that the wiring we performed was an issue.  If customer would like to send the repairs bills to me I will review.  If it is determined our work was defective I will reimburse the customer for the service work done.

Mr. [redacted] scheduled an appointment for a weight distribution hitch adjustment. This is a...

standard job with a set price of $56.65 plus tax. When Mr. [redacted] arrived he signed a copy of the repair order with this price quoted up front. The only additional charges were some parts he chose from our Accessories Store which he was given a 10% discount on. I have enclosed a copy of the original Repair order he signed and a copy of the final order with the additional parts added.

We did not have a problem with the price. ..We had a problem with the fact that when we paid and signed I asked how far it was out because I set it up myself before the TT went in...The man said it was just a little....He Lied...We talked to the person that supposedly did the adjustment...He said all he did was put the bars on.... I will never go back and be sure none of our friends go there. We had purchased the TT there for $14,000... Customer service and satisfaction sucks there... The repairs they did 3 years ago wasn't worth a [redacted] as I had to rip everything out myself and fix what they say they fixed and they charged me $400.. All they did was put a non matching piece of carpet over the problem and called that fixed...have to treat people right in order for continued partridge. .. Don't do anything these businesses and even individual people have no sense of what is right and wrong ... I am an honest person and don't try to [redacted] as many people as I can. I wouldnt charge someone to do something and there nothing to fix...Karma is a [redacted]...I'm just waiting for it to come around.
