My recent experience with [redacted] and this All Seasons Retractable Screens and Shades business has been nothing but positive. [redacted] has replaced my screen door, and provided excellent and prompt service, twice now because of an issue with the door that was originally installed...by someone else. I was resigned to the fact that there was no solution to the problem and told [redacted] that. However, he was not satisfied with my dis-dis-satisfaction, and went above and beyond to remedy a problem that was not of his making. I rate the service I received as EXCELLENT and professional. I will definitely recommend his services and product...

I HAD SUNSCREENS INSTALLED WHICH, THROUGH MY OWN FAULT, CAUSED A PROBLEM WITH MY HOA.

ALTHOUGH THIS COMPANY HAD NO OBLIGATION IN THIS MATTER THEY WORKED WITH ME TO FIND A SOLUTION ACCEPTABLE TO THE HOA WHICH ALLOWED ME TO KEEP MY SUNSCREENS AS I NEEDED THEM.

BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT RESERVATION.
