This company waited over 1 1/2 years to send me a bill totaling more than ***, after reviewing the charges I found that there were several charges that did not apply to me and was being over charged. My husband and myself were never informed that we owed a balance during the visits made in 2018 & 2019. I called to make an appointment one day in 2019 and was told I owe the ***, I went to the facility discussed the bill and she removed and reduced charges, reducing the bill to *** (now that is a big difference). How do I know that the other charges are legit and being bill properly? She was to review the rest of the charges on my account and get back with me, next thing I know I am receiving a collections notice. I contacted the collections agency, explained this to them and they didn't know to say. Also she (doctors wife) keeps trying to discuss my husbands bill with me which is against the HIPPA. The doctor also tries to fat shame people (me and my daughter)
