Finding the right company to work with when replacing your roof can be a daunting task. After a recent hail storm, we knew that it was likely we would need to replace our roof. And, of course, plenty of contractors showed up to make us a deal. After consulting with neighbors, we landed on All Season and are so happy with our decision. Kevin made sure we knew what to expect during the entire process. He assisted us in being prepared when contacting our insurance company, met with the adjuster to make sure everything was noted and covered, and set up a plan to ensure our new roof will last. We highly recommend All Season Roofing!
After a recent hailstorm, we had several companies including All Season Roofing assess the damage. Not only did Kevin and Alex meet me and provide an estimate, they also met the insurance adjustor and pointed out areas where we had damage on our gutters as well. We are very comfortable we selected the right company and people to replace our roof.
We had a new roof installed the first week of May. Final payment was made on 5/9/18. All Season Roofing, LLC guaranties its labor and workmanship for five years from date of installation. 10/8/18 we had water damage caused by heavy rains. They responded by text they would be out after all the rain had passed. 10/11/18 I called and left a message to try and setup an appointment. They responded by text that they would schedule a time the following week. I text them on 10/15/18 asking to schedule repair. No reply. I called 10/16/18 asking to schedule. No reply.
My response is simple. As a company we communicated with the customer when they called in. We expressed that enable for us to come out the roof needed to be dry with no chance of rain in the forecast. It proceeded to rain steadily for 2 weeks. It was the following week from when they called in originally that we were out there on a nice day to only find out the leak had nothing to do with anything our company did. I personally responded to Mr. prior to receiving his complaint through the Revdex.com about coming out to his house, which we were there the following morning after we spoke the afternoon before. Our customer service is and always has been something we pride ourselves on. We responded to everything they asked for and feel this complaint has no validity to be on our record. I would understand if they filed a complaint and then we responded but this is simply not the case. We already had communication with them and correspondence for what we would do. As a company we would greatly appreciate if the Revdex.com would also protect us in this situation. As we feel strongly this is a defamation of character.Thanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 13155301, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me even though a supervisor never personally inspected the roof. In my opinion the statements about customer service were unreciprocated in the manner stated in the response.
