The customer did not complete the online age verification. Due to the new laws we are required to verify the customers age before we can allow the items to be shipped. There seems to have been some miss communication between us and the customer. When we saw that he did not want to complete the age...
verification we processed his refund. But have not been able to follow up with him personal, as we have reached out but have not heard back.
Review: I have received a Davinci Vaporizer initially from Got Vape.com approx 9 months ago in order to use it in conjunction w/ my medical marijuana license which I use to purchase medical marijuana for pain relief. The first product I used worked well initially up until approx 3 months when the unit stop holding a charge and required me to send it back VIA RMA. I figured I must of been unlucky, so I wait another 3 weeks (turn around time is awful there) holding off on my prescribed medication as I had nothing appropriate to dispense it with. The 2nd one comes in and again, 3 months later the unit stops heating up requiring me to pay another shipping fee and wait another 3 weeks for a return. And most recently as of 7/17/15, my most recent Ascent Vaporizer stop turning on. I call Product services only to be told I would get a call back in 30 minutes. That call back never happened and I called on 4 different days. As I am now getting less patient, I don't wait for the call back and call them directly an hour after them telling me I would get a call back in 30 minutes only to speak with their customer service representative who assured me that GotVape is not responsible for the shipping of broken units and all the blame is to be laid upon the actual manufacturers. I remind them that they are putting their name on this product, therefore they are responsible post sales, however they disagreed. All I asked from these individuals, to make up for their consistent blunders, was a free shipping label to offset the $40 extra dollars I have spent to get their broken product fixed. After speaking with [redacted] and soon transferred to her boss [redacted], I was denied any accommodations to account for constant replacements or any store credit after I return the unit. These people are selling broken and probably refurbished units as new and refuse to provide adequate customer service status post.Desired Settlement: I would like store credit, and a formal apology for the inconvenience I have received in regards to both consistent broken units and abysmal customer support.
