had a measurement done and a quote given and I accepted.
got a call from the salesman that he made a mistake and the cost would be more money and we agreed to divide the costs between us and I again accepted gave a check and signed off.
than I got a call that the fee and permit costs would be 275.00 extra and I said I would get the permit I just needed the spec's on the window and just like that I was told they did not want to do only 1 opening and cancelled the job after they signed the contract and sent the check back in the mail.
the worst customer service I have ever had and will look into suing them for breach of contract.

We asked 4 companies, including All Pro for an estimate to purchase/install 4 hurricane impact windows. We went with All Pro because of thei Revdex.com rating, a very competitive bid, .and that their employees do the install (they do not use sub contrators for installation). Before ordering the windows they came out twice to measure - to make sure the measurements were correct as the windows were a custom order. On installation day two installers came out. The installation was quick and painless on our part - the installers used drop cloths and totally cleaned up the work site. We had no clean up to do after they left. All Pro arranged for the building permit and the inspection which was completed. All Pro was easy to contact, returned calls promptly and was easy to work with. A very good experience.
