All Pro Garage Doors

Crooked, deceptive, and do not trust them. I called for service on my garage door on 3/28/2020. The serviceman named Ben said the door needs to be replaced because repairs would not last. He quoted me 1005.14 for a plain Jane and needed !/2 for a deposit. I asked how soon can you get one in and install it. He said and wrote on invoice maybe Tuesday 3/31/2020 and no later the Wednesday 4/1/2020, so I paid half. I doubled asked about the dates because I was worried about leaving the garage door open all the time. Well, Wednesday came, I heard nothing, Thursday came, I heard nothing. Friday 4/3/2020 I texted Ben and asked about my garage door. He replied that they sent the wrong door Wednesday and the right door will be in at 3. He said as soon as it comes in, I'll call you and set up the install. Friday passed, Saturday and Sunday passed, still no a word. Monday 4/6/2020 I texted Ben, I don't know what's going on, but I need my garage door fixed or replace. At about 4:30 I texted them, I don't know what's going on, but please refund my credit card minus your service call cause I have to have this garage door working. Still nothing, Tuesday morning came and I knew I had to do something. I called*** and they were there in a few hours. He told me that door could be repaired and it would be guaranteed for 5 years. As of right now, I haven't received a credit on my credit card.

This Guy and his partners are the bomb! They got the job done got my garage up and working in no time. I couldn't figure out what was wrong I tried fixing myself did some searching and ran across All Pro Garage doors! Best! Choice! Of! My! Life! Will be referring him! Thanks Ben!
