It started by having a sales person come over and give me an estimate (seemed like a great guy). We signed a contract. Then I called and said if they couldn't get the work done by Friday I would have to cancel. I was told by the salesman and I believe the guy who runs the place that they would come on Wed or Thurs. I then called on Thursday afternoon and was told he didn't have my contract with him. Then he said they were 5 weeks behind and could not do the work. Then he said his salesman is 74 years old and got confused with me as a customer with someone else. Then he said I need to find someone else because he couldn't get it done. I told him I don't see how this is my fault because they are not organized. I was upset that I had done a ton of prep work on the driveway and now it wont get done. It seems they are not very organized. I now have to find a different asphalt company to do the work. The last thing I asked him was why is he taking bids that he cant do in a timely manner? He again told me to find another company.
