In early November, the Fan quit working on the furnaceOn 11/17/2017, Svc tech, Ken, came by to diagnose the issueUpon approx min of diagnosis he came to the conclusion that the Hi-Limit switch was malfunctioning and needed replacedThey did not have the correct part so he put in a universal part to get us going until the correct part came inThat was great, although I didn't understand if that switch worked, why they needed to order another one, but that is a whole separate issueThe Tech came back to install the hi-limit switch, again taking about min to complete the jobUpon receiving the Bill I was charged for the first trip, the second trip, labor for BOTH trips and the partThe part was $15, the bill was approx $I called to complain that I should only be charged trip charge and their response was, we cannot always have every part on the truckOk, I was very upset, wrote a nasty review on Yelp and left it at that
Fast forward to 01/02/2018, The fan quit
Made an appointment three weeks ago with Banner Furnace and Fuel Incto clean my furnace's duct on October 13, Banner called this very morning, October 13, 2016, to say the owner has decided not to perform duct cleaning this fall/winterTo call the very morning service was due to say they will not commit to the agreed service is most unprofessionalThe appointment was made and confirmed by Banner--Banner should have honored it! All other requests for duct cleaning after-the-fact they would decline the service, but NOT those they have committed to performWhat Banner did is of the utmost disrespectful and unprofessional
