Review: This business is staffed and owned(?) by a woman named Joann. I left my 10 month old dog [redacted] for his first full grooming and bath by her. In the past I have previously taken [redacted] there for nail and facial hair trimming. When I returned to pick up [redacted] she presents me with an entirely looking dog! why? because mugsy's body hair was shaven to his skin! She took it upon herself to shave him. she did not call me BEFORE proceeding with this dispicable action. I was so shocked that I could barely speak. Now my dog has razor burns on his neck and chest area. I am extremely sad and hurtful that she would do this. I specifically asked her before I left him that I wanted his hair trimmed - NOT Shaven! I also paid her in advance for her services so that she could take proper care and treatment of mugsy. but she betrayed my trust and I would like my money back: a total of fifty ($50.00) dollars. I am worried for [redacted] as he is very sensitive and I am unable to afford any expensive treatment for his healing process, if any.Desired Settlement: the $50.00 (fifty dollars) she undeservedly charged me for this awful experience.
