I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments belowIt would be important to note that the business has chosen to respond at this point because the machine has, once again, broken. The machine broke out of the first times it was used. I, at that time, requested return. The business took the stance that servicing and picking it up for me was being done as a courtesy. I was told very clearly by a driver that the business owner didn't care and that the unit was being picked up only because he happened to live closegood fortune I guess. In order to get the machine worked on, I had many phone calls made, returned and unreturned simply to get that accomplished. Please note that I was requesting return the entire time. After all the repairs while mowing my lawn for a record times in a row, the machine once again broke. A safety guard vibrated off the machine and appeared at my feet as I was mowing. During my phone call about this with ***, I was told that "I should expect this from a machine of this price point". I would not expect a lawnmower costing $that is run on a residential lawn no more than an hour a week should be such a maintenance issue. At this point, I don't feel that I've been sold a quality machine, nor do I feel I've done business with an honorable and reputable retailer. I would still like to return the machine for refund and part ways

In May of 2016, this customer bought a [redacted] WAW-34 lawnmower with bag.  After the customer brought it home, he called with some concerns.  Although this customer lives outside of our pick-up and delivery range, we picked it up at no charge to him.  Our service department looked...

over the mower, diagnosed the issue the customer was having and fixed the mower, all of this was covered under the warranty and there was no charge to the customer.  We delivered the mower, free of charge to the customer.  After the customer received the mower back and used it, he called stating there was another separate issue with the mower.  Again, we picked it up at no charge to the customer, diagnosed the issue the customer was having and fixed the mower, all of this was covered under the warranty and there was no charge to the customer.  When the mower was in for the second warranty repair, there were parts on back order, in which case we made an exception to our policy because the new unit was less than 30 days old and lent the customer a mower to use at no charge to him, so he would be able to mow his lawn while his mower was in for repair.  When the customers unit was repaired, we delivered at no charge to him.  We value our customers and went through all the steps to satisfy this customer’s needs without any out of pocket expense to him.
