All Outdoor Services

I hired All Outdoor Services to do snow removal at my house in Minneapolis during the entire winter season of 2019-2020, and have a signed contract. The service was pre-paid the previous May. Snow was removed once at the end of November; however, since the beginning of December no snow removal has occurred. I have texted the owner numerous times (this used to be the primary way I communicated with him), including a request to have my money refunded, with no response. I have subsequently sent a letter by certified mail to the business address (a post office box), which was returned to me as not deliverable and unable to forward, with the following notation written by hand "Box Closed".

I engaged All Outdoor Services, owned by Robert L. ***, to do snow removal for my home in Minneapolis for the 2019/2020 season. There is a signed contract. The contract goes through May 2020. I prepaid for this in the amount of $575.00, check number 2522 was cashed on 11/12/19. (2516 was lost, 2522 was the second sent) Services were performed in November, however, since then no snow removal has occurred. I have tried to contact, but the phone is not answered and the voicemail is full.
