Kolby and Terry were awesome. They were very punctual and professional. Great job!! I will definitely use All My Sons Moving again. Thanks

The guys both did a great job. They were very helpful, thorough, respectful and polite. You have 2 good guys that you should take care of and not let anyone steal them from your company. Great job Bourbon and Cameron. Thanks for your professionalism.

Was a former customer that had all of the items ready to be moved. All that was needed was the labor. It took over 30 minutes to put the first item in the truck. They were moving slowly and claimed to be assessing the load prior to starting. After starting, I heard music coming from one of their phones and it had inappropriate lyrics. I noticed that they were moving too slow so I started to move things as well before noticing that they were NOT properly loading the truck and was leaving gaps that would keep everything from being loaded. I stopped carrying things down to rearrange the truck only to notice that things were not being brought out again. I went in to see what was going on and was told that they needed to take a break for a second. I informed them that we could break after at least halfway loading the truck and one of them walked off laughing. About 30 minutes or so later I overhear them talking about who they hooked up with the day before and that was why he was so tired.

My time ended and they stopped before coming close to finishing. I was told I had to pay extra even though they were almost finished. I told them that I was still owed for the couple of breaks they had taken. I was put on the phone with their manager and explained to him the poor level of service from the two movers and I was told that there was nothing left to do but pay. I mentioned to him also damage to my walls and stairs. The manager brushes me off and tells me to file a claim and instructs his drivers to leave a job left unfinished. No one ever responded to my claim.

I would NEVER refer this company to anyone.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. At All My Sons Moving & Storage, we pride ourselves in achieving outstanding customer service and always try to follow-up on all our customer reviews. Please note that in follow-up of your specific review, we have not been able to find a record that we serviced you. To help us address your concerns, we would ask that you include the full name (that the move is booked under), the move date, and the city the move was in -- so that we can work to get this matter resolved ASAP. You can reach us anytime at 901-248-0548.

This company is ran with total dishonesty and they would not send me a receipt even though all their documents were electronic. I was told by the driver they would refund me 30 minutes but when I called the company I was told I could only get 15 minutes refunded to me. I called this company several times before they would do anything. Mover beware they charged $77.00 for shrink wrap. I realized the movers wrapped items that didn't require wrapping. The movers also scratched some of my wood furniture and broke The welded joint on my wrought table. They have not said a word about fixing my furniture.

Sherry, we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your all around experience. At All My Sons, we work very hard to ensure that all charges are clearly outlined before the move date with very detailed quote emails and a confirmation call 48-72 hours in advance of the move date. Our records do show that these measures were taken, and that the material cost was for 2 rolls of shrink and a pack of tape; we sent the receipt twice, once on 12/22 and another on 01/16 and explained the refund. Here at All My Sons, it is our policy that no items are loaded into a truck without protection to ensure the safety of your belongings. We don't have any record that an attempt to file a claim was ever made regarding damaged/scratched furniture. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience to begin that process. 901-248-0548

I did not receive a receipt until after 3 weeks of trying to get one. I called on Monday, December 23, 2019 and spoke with Braxton P about my receipt and was told due to the holiday you would get back to me after the holiday. I did not receive a receipt on Sunday, December 22, 2019. I had to continue to call just to get any feedback or service from this company. I called and spoke with Laura who would not call me back, then I called on the following Saturday and spoke with the general manager. When will you respond to repairing my furniture. I will never use this company again. I just need to know do you plan on repairing my furniture?

Their customer before, during, and after the move was EXCEPTIONAL! Crew #9085 was super kind, super punctual, and they went above & beyond! I had an incredibly positive experience with All My Sons.

Thank you so much for your professionalism. All of you (Jeremy, Terry, and Alex the 9085 Crew) made this a memorable moment. Thanks for such quick service. Very understanding and patient guys.. Thanks for making this a stress free experience.

Very fast polite and professional. ten out of ten recommended

We had 3 guys help us move out of our 3rd-floor apartment and they did a marvelous job! They were fast but still cautious and they were generally nice guys too. We were very pleased with our service and would definitely recommend them as well as use them again!

I had the worst experience ever with All My Sons Moving. The person who answered when I initially called, I believe his name is Josh, verbally quoted a rate of $500-$600 at $144 per hour. Approximately 3 hours to move bedroom furniture about 49 miles. When I called back, the lady who took my order quoted a total of $380 at a rate of $99 per hour. I booked the move at the $99 rate she quoted. She stated she would email the paperwork for me to sign. It never came. When movers arrived the information on the tablet stated $144 per hour, not what I agreed to. Movers were young and inexperienced. They arrived an hour later than what I was originally told. They had to borrow an Allen wrench because they didn't have one. When I called to speak with the manager Josh about the price discrepancy, Josh blamed the corporate office and said the lady who took my order failed to look at his notes in the system. He lied because I never gave him my name or phone number, only the address. The lady who took my order looked in the system and did not find any notes. He stated I agreed to the $144 per hour on the paperwork he emailed me. The thing is he never emailed paperwork period. I asked him to honor the rate I was quoted when I placed the order. Josh then became rude and offered to cut $5 per hour for a 3 hour move. He was so rude and defensive, I hung up on him. Movers were extremely slow and took twice as long as expected. I had to tell them to wrap mirrors. They took 2 hours to disassemble and load bedroom furniture on the truck. When they arrived at my home, they had difficulty navigating corners and going up the stairs. They almost dropped my furniture. I had to tell them to watch light fixtures and had to tell the third guy to help the others. The second and third guy appeared to be teenagers. Mover also asked if I was paying with cash or credit card. When I told him I was paying with a credit card, He stated if I paid with a credit card they would not get a tip. When they arrived at my home, they wanted me to pay before they would unload the truck. Movers also asked for water because they didn't have any. The total was $1364. The estimate went from a quote of $380 to over $1364 more. They were holding my furniture hostage and refused to release it unless I paid this exorbitant fees. All of the Reviews I read about this moving company were great. A move which should have taken 3 hours ended up taking almost 6 hours. I did my research and still got scammed. Their website and google has great reviews. I only wish I had looked at Revdex.com before hiring them.

Good Morning Valerie,

I'm sorry to hear that you did not have the best moving experience with us. This move was scheduled and completed all within 1 day which called for rapid confirmation processes to ensure that we were able to get you taken care of. We understand that moving is stressful(especially when attempting to schedule, plan, and execute all in one day). We did ensure to follow up with detailed emails outlining the pricing structure, resources being allocated, and specific information on your moving service before dispatching the crew out to your home. We do this to ensure that any disconnect on expectations are caught before dispatch. If you have any more questions/concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 901-248-0548 to discuss this further.

BEWARE!!!! Please anyone who reads this do not use All My Sons moving. We used the Memphis branch for our move from Memphis to Jackson. We were quoted by 4 different companies and I chose All My Sons because they stood by their customer service. We needed to be taken care of with me being 2 almost 3 weeks postpartum. We had an estimator come out and tell us that one truck would move the house and garage but the yard toys were more than likely a 2 truck move. We went with one truck because the house is what matters and we can replace toys for cheaper than a truck. They came out with insufficient packing materials and the house needed another quarter of a truck. They were planning to just leave. I lost my mind and yelled at a lot of people. They rearranged the truck and brought more packing materials but only packed what would fit in the truck. They took their sweet time unloading and nothing was in the right room. I spoke to the branch manager several times who insisted all the problems were my fault for not telling him what I understood was "manageable overflow" based on what his estimator told us. They DO NOT communicate with one another. Casey the estimator is extremely professional but according to the guys packing he needs more training and doesn't understand the time things take. Josh the manager is a fast talker but will not listen or return a phone call. Levi (my husband) ended up have to rent a uhaul and finish packing and moving us the next day. I spent the money for customer service and was robbed. I feel so violated that people would treat us with such disrespect. $3200 might not be a lot of money to some people but it is SOOO much to us! We have 6 little kids that need food, clothes and medical... don't even get me started on dental! I don't want anyone else to have this experience please look elsewhere for moving services! And please share with people so they don't have added stress during an already stressful time!!!

I should have gone to the Revdex.com first instead of believing the ads. In my opinion the laborers were not skilled and lacked care or forethought. The shoving of a tablet under my nose a getting repeated signatures and no explanation of what was being signed let alone a copy. A driver that got lost twice, hit a building and a metal post, would not pay attention when offered assistance backing up. Lack of proper equipment and experience to move an oversized heavy piece of furniture resulting in expensive repairs that so far are refusing to pay, claiming limited liability. If you think about using them I would consider someone else first.

I am writing only in the hopes of saving others from enduring the extreme stress and financial loss that I suffered as a result of hiring this company for my out of state move. AllMySons was hired to move my belongings from TN to FL recently. At the start of the process, they were extremely accommodating and informative during the walkthrough and quote process. All interactions subsequent to this, however, were beyond a nightmare. On the day of my move, the movers rushed through the move and did not pack in accordance to what we were told, including wrapping a television in my clean bed coverings for protection (rather than using a cardboard tv holder as described during the walkthrough). All of this was done without my permission. The worst occurred when they dropped a large dresser down my staircase, breaking and damaging stair treads along the way and crashing into my new front door - leaving a hole in the door and other scratches and dents. They also wedged the front door under another adjoining door frame scraping and damaging the door frame and transferring red paint from the front door onto my newly painted moulding. Once the furniture was delivered, I began noticing damages to the vast majority of my furniture, including corners chipped off of my headboards, coffee tables, and the interior frame broken in my fairly new $800 living room chair. These damages, some of which were minor - especially considering the long distance move, were only the beginning. A large portion of my belongings were delivered to a storage unit. The movers purposely left the moving blankets on several items (including my brand new dining room buffet table) and stored them in a location within the unit making it difficult for me to completely inspect while they were unloading. When I went back a few days later to properly uncover the items, I noticed that my brand new buffet table had a huge dent and hole in the top, damage so severe that I'm certain it cannot be repaired. Also, all of the corners were chipped off my large dining table and my smaller dining table. Additionally, I had one dining chair whose frame was split on the side and numerous other dents, scratches, and scuffs (many of which will be noticeable even if they can be repaired). When I contacted AllMySons and their claims department, I was told that the claims process typically takes 30 days, so I began taking photos and writing detailed descriptions and submitted all with my claim. In the meantime, I had to pay for the home damages out of pocket so that I could put my house on the market. This caused me a delay of about a month with listing my home - a situation which my realtor informed me put us out of the peak market time, and is likely why my home has not sold months later (especially given that the repairs are noticeable - replaced stair treads could not be matched, etc.) and may cost me even more money down the line. When my claim was finally processed, AllMySons offered me only a little over $300 for all of the damages - with only a little over a $100 relating to the damages done to my home. After considering that I made a payment to them of almost $9,000 for the move, endured thousands of dollars of damages to my home and property, and likely will lose thousands more due to the delay in listing my home and potential additional repairs to my staircase, I was not happy. When I called the claims department about the amount, I was told my only recourse was to submit more details on the home damage (repairs invoices) and that a committee would review and may pay an additional amount, however, they specifically said that they would not pay the full price of the home repairs regardless. The property damage for the items being moved is one thing, but I'm not sure how they believe it's fair to cause severe damage to my home and not be responsible to fully reimburse me. With all of this being said, on principle, I am refusing the $300, and will not sign and have notarized their paperwork confirming that this amount is sufficient. It is more important to me at this point that no one else endure what I went through with this company. Please, if you're looking for local movers, choose a different alternative or have friends assist you with the move (even if it's cross country). I have lost all of my nice belongings in this process and could buy a new car with the money I have spent and will spend to replace everything.

This was a night mare moving experience. A 9 hour move took 17. I was charged an extra 500 from my quoted price. The load was extremely slow and when I called to speak to someone about it at there office they were very rude . They give you a bill at the end of the move and threaten to hold your belongings until you pay it.
