We are currently working with our customer towards a resolutionWe sent the TX Acknowledgement letter and an settlement offer on November 25, After both the letter and the offer were returned by us mail service, I contact [redacted] by phone and by email to get a new address where these could be sent tooI spoke with [redacted] who advised the address was correct we had a wrong zip codeThis is a brand new homeBoth were then resent out on December 9, We have not received any calls or emails since this date

11/22/The movers them selves were okThey were suppose to be at our residents between 8:and 9:AM on a Monday, around 8:am received a call from the driver that they would be to hours late and was told it was due to the weather the night beforeAfter they arrived around pm the driver went over the contract and said that they accept cash or credit cards onlyI transferred money from my checking account to another credit card ( enough to cover the bill for the move) and asked the driver at that time what happens if the amount available is not there when he tries to run credit card? His answer was it should be ok but he didn't know what his boss would sayAs he just finished watching me transfer the moneyI signed contract and they began with packing and the moveFinished packing and loading the truck, then drive to new residence almost milesAt new residence they got the truck parked and before they started to unload, the driver asked me for payment, he was on the phone with his office and the card had insufficient funds due to the transfer had not gone through yetSo the driver asked if I had an other credit cardI said no and he was talking to his boss by nowHis boss wanted to talk to meI got on the phone and he asked if I had an other card to use? I told him no and that his driver watch me transfer money to that cardHe said that didn't matterWhat mattered was the insufficient funds and told me that if I couldn't pay that night that the driver was to take the truck and all its contents back to the yard over night until the payment clearedBut if the driver had to do that, it would be double the price if they had to come back the next day! So I was looking at a bill of at that pointThen was told they take debt cards alsoSo again I transfer money from saving to checking account, just so as not to be charged with double the amount owedThan all was fine with them, the movers finished the job they startedI will never use this company again!!!!!! The management SUCKS!!!!!! If I could get less stars I would!!!!!!
