[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business called me approximately hours prior to the move which was outside of the window to have any sort of rerfund on my $deposit At that time materials was never divulged Had I known that this additional charge would have been added on the day of the move I certainly would have said no We had taken the time to empty drawers, tape things shut and really did not need the bubble wrap or quilts which, for some reason amounted to $ I have yet to receive a receipt In viewing reviews this is an ongoing problem with this company Had I read any of these reviews prior to looking for a moving company I would have immediately crossed them off of my list I stand by the fact that, in the initial sales call I even said, "$per hour for hours is a great deal - less than $for a move?" The sales person confirmed and boasted what a great deal it was This is a dishonest company Plain and simple There was no misunderstanding as I took clear and copius notes throughout that infamous sales call This was not a misunderstanding this was deception.Currently considering further action against this company Regards, [redacted]

When you spoke with the manager of the customer care team on 3/20/2017, you requested $210.00, he advised that we will be happy to resolve this for you for $He immediately sent you a settlement agreement to sign so we could resolve you quickly and for the exact amount requested

[redacted] at all my sons movingFirst off I was not the sales person on this move [redacted] in my office wasAll my sales people work off a script just like every moving companies sales peopleNow Ms [redacted] was disclosed all charges of the move on the confirmation from [redacted] on the 21st of march When she called on the 26th it was to move her date for the third time to the 27thNo pricing was mentioned on the 26thIf no one went over the trip fee with her then why would she SPECIFICALLY ask if there was oneI can say, she moved her move times so I know everything was disclosedShe was not lied to I thing she got things mixed up from one moving company to the otherWe are not a hated moving company we are very much like by 97% of our peopleI also want to say that we sent out over emails to Ms [redacted] including the confirmation email on the 21stShe stated I have other moving companies offersShe did not remember who booked this move in my companyShe has me down as sales person when I am the ownerSo I do believe she really don't remember all the different quotes and what was whatI do apologizeI change her dollar an hr mover to because she said that was what we quotedI can honestly say I do not have a move for an hr it is and hr with a 1hr travel time and a 2hr minimum with a 10% state regulated fuel surchargeThere is moving companies at dollars an hr I am so sorry for this, I just cannot return any money on this matter I do apologize [redacted] All My Sons Moving & Storage

Of course we are looking into the matter internally, however we cannot discuss company proceduresI guarantee the matter is being addressed

If the shipper is alleging theft they need to immediately call the police and we will cooperate with any police investigationFor damaged items the customer needs to call our customer care team at ###-###-####

" Everything is not fine.These are separate damages and they are having me sign a statement releasing them from "any" claims It hasn't even been months yet, but I don't believe I will have trouble proving they are liable if I have issues with itI wish the case to remain open until it is resolvedI made several calls and an email to Ashley asking her to call me about my concerns about having to sign the identical letter that was previously sent without the modifications we discussed on the first phone call Issues discussed were, $for door damage, septic remain open and will be handled seperatley by a separate department if I have issues in the future I received no response call or email So I returned the letter that I modified myself with white out and written additions, then signed and sent on 10-30-Still waiting Regards, [redacted]
