Thomas and crew we're absolutely wonderful. We had a difficult driveway up in the mountains and they handled it like pros. A-plus for effort!.

Arrived on time, personable and very quick loading. All furniture was shrinkwrapped too. Great job.

I spoke with Ryan to arrange for a simple move. He told me that the charge was $129 per hour and that there was a 2 hour minimum. I confirmed this with him twice. He mentioned no other charges or fees. Finding this price fair, I agreed to pay a $50 deposit.
The next day, one of his employees called to confirm the appointment and mentioned a "travel charge" and a "fuel surcharge." After I asked him to explain these additional charges, he informed me that the travel charge was the same hourly rate as the moving hourly rate--$129--and that this was "standard." I explained to him that this additional charge was not mentioned in the discussion that I had had the previous day, but he kept repeating to me that that was the standard charge. We never got around to discussing the fuel surcharge.
I asked to speak with Ryan, but the employee repeatedly informed me that Ryan was sitting right next to him (as though that made a difference?) but was on the phone. It took me a few minutes to get the employee to agree to have Ryan call me back so that I could speak with him personally. Well, a few hours later, not Ryan, but the employee called to graciously offer to only charge me half of the $129 travel charge that was not disclosed at the time that I agreed to pay a deposit.
Fortunately, I caught on to this business's dishonest practices before they were able to attempt to solicit any more previously unmentioned "standard" charges, but I am in the process of disputing the payment of the deposit. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Also, in Ryan's email signature, they claim to be "A rated by the Revdex.com (Revdex.com)", which is not true.

Fantastic experience! Every thing was so smooth! Every thing from being on time to taking care of my stuff. The team was very polite and quick! All the guys in the office were very helpful as well. All around one of the best experiences Iv'e had! Thank you All My Sons of Boulder!!
