Buffalo, New York Area. Very bad experiences. Office Staff are rude, hang up if you call to complain about AIDS not showing up, late, not doing their scheduled work etc etc. Unprofessional both staff and AIDS. Won't follow daily client plan needs. They think they can come 2-3 hours late and client will still be there. No phone calls from staff that aid will not be showing up, no replacement aid, can't satisfy a 7 day 4 hour a week schedule ( though promised in the beginning) AIDS pick and choose what they want to do not what client needs. Have a really bad attitude, don't want to be told anything. Don't want to do anything. They would rather talk or play games on the phone or sleep. Really. How disrespectful to client. Take advantage of mentally challenged client. Stay FAR AWAY
