All lock & safe

My husband called all lock and safe to come to our house to make a key for our truck due to us losing the key. The locksmith came out made a key for the truck and got it started I then paid him $120.00 cash. After the locksmith left we discovered the truck could be started without a key in the ignition. My husband called the locksmith and sent him a video of the truck starting without the key. The locksmith told him that the ignition was broken and had to be replaced that we must've broke it. My husband explained that we didn't not break it because we did not physically take it apart as the locksmith did. The locksmith told us the part could be changed unless we paid him to change it. When my husband told him he would not pay h to fix something he had broke the locksmith told he he would not fix it that he not break it and "it was our word against his".
