All Keys Maintenance & Repairs

Poor workmanship and did not honor their five year guarantee:

We contracted All Keys Maintenance & Repair, *** and ***, to replace our pool tile and resurface our fiberglass pool. Mr. selected Ramuc Pool Paint and guaranteed that it would not dissolve into the pool water, however it did dissolve into the pool water and released potentially harmful carcinogens into the water. We gave Mr. a full year to rectify the problem. They just could not do it without any assurances.

We requested a full refund and Mr. refused to honor his guarantee and wanted to paint the pool for a third time. The grout used on the fiberglass pool was the wrong material as fiberglass pools require silicone grout. The grout has fallen out in four areas.

We were unable to use the pool for the past year.

Recently, we hired a different company to resurface the pool that proved to be effective but have incurred additional cost to correct the problem that All Keys Maintenance & Repair (*** and ***).
