service needed in a hurry I was not able to inspect the property like I normaly do.. I did quoted her the range of $150.00 to $250.00. when My crew and I arrived at the location. I spoke with Mr. [redacted],  told me the things that needed to be cleaned, right away I said to him I could not do the job for the amount I had discused with Mrs. [redacted] at the begining. it was more than what she stated in our conversation that we had by phone.I told  Mr. [redacted] that I was going to charge him $350.00 wich he  aggred. and we begin to do cleaning it took 4 of my crew plus my sel,f  to cleaned the rental property. we started at 8:00 am and we finished at 12:00pm. when the job was completed I called  Mr. [redacted], and he  inspected the rental property. he was happy with our job. he paid us with out hesitation. I do not aggree to Mrs. [redacted] requesting a refund of the amount $90-100.00 my crew worked hard cleaning that property specially after the comdition of the property was letf by the tenants.regarding the receipt it was emailed as well. I am rejecting this response because: my husband agreed to the increased price of $350 requested by [redacted] on the condition  that everything specified on the itemized cleaning list was cleaned.  That was not case.  My husband pointed out one item that was not cleaned [redacted] replied it was stained (I cleaned it off later with water). This is just one example.  She never gave or emailed us a receipt. We have requested a receipt multiple times for tax purposes and she has never responded to the request or complaints. Service was not as agreed upon  and unsatisfactory.
