reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In addition to other promises that were never satisfied or corrected by arriving with very limited options I was told by [redacted] that he would reimburse the cost and expenses related to receiving a rental car as it stands I have yet to receive any compensation for rental cars and I have receipts that total in access of $625.  For the entire month of March I did not have a car. I had to use a rental car and I was still responsible for the insurance payment for my vehicle while it was inoperable. I'm currently still footing the bill for these expenses.  I have not spoken with Mr. [redacted] since the last time he tried to send me around the corner to a mom and pop shop rental car place that tried to put me in a car that was in worst condition than my car that I submitted for service.  He stated he wanted to use the mom and pop shop because it didn't require him to use a credit card with a [redacted], Etc. after which I walked to the location rather than him providing me a transportation to the rental.  This was all after he explained to me that he could not meet the $600 price of repair my car like the surrounding shops in the area, but that they charage $1,100 to do the same work because they are a "respectable company" that prides itself with it work and treatment of customers.
