I took my puppy to their mobile vet for shots and microchipping. Their price guide and their website say that registration is included in the price of the chip ($25). I also received verbal confirmation when given my registration pamphlet. I was told to call (the microchip company) and register for free. Upon calling, I found out there would be a $20 fee to register. I called All Gods creatures back and they told me that registration isn't included, which is not what I was told and is opposite their websites information.
We responded to the complaint within 24 hours of opening her EMAIL complaint. An apology was made and a check in the amount of $20 to pay for her pet's registration was mailed to her via *** on Monday December 22, 2019. We only check emails 2x a week, so she didn't give us enough time to even ADDRESS her complaint before she filed this Revdex.com complaint.
Complaint: ***They have not accepted responsibility and are making this about me. I called and asked for them to give me a solution since registration IS included in the price and they told me no... that its not included. Their "apology" is for "confusion". Not for lying to me and saying registration isn't included when it in fact is. My email to them has nothing to do with this as they told me no on the phone. I just gave them an EXTRA chance to comply. The owner was also rude in her response to me and told me Im no longer allowed to have my pets seen there ...over THEIR MISTAKE. They did give me my money back (because they were in the wrong!!!) But they make excuses for their behavior. Even resorted to talking about my religion. Horrible customer service. Bad business!
