Ms [redacted] purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee on or about December 19th, After a number of days, she returned the vehicle stating that it had a transmission leak We examined the vehicle It did not have a transmission leak, but it did have a power steering leak I am sorry that there was a problem immediately after the purchase, but we took care of Ms [redacted] even thought she did not have a warranty on these parts Because the Jeep had over 78,miles she did not have a warranty on the pump We replaced her power steering pump at no charge and asked Ms [redacted] to pick up her vehicle, but she has refused to pick it up so far Her first payment is not yet due As for the interest rate, the rate is set by the bank taking a number of risk factors into account If Ms [redacted] would like to re-finance the contract with another bank, she would be able to do that at any time
At the time of her failure, FCA (Fiat Chrysler America) did not have parts for the repair, as was communicated to the customer via Chrysler mandatory recall letter which she received The follow up letter advised customers to call the dealership to schedule repairs, as a rural dealer, we received a few alternators for the recall and only a few initially, these where used for vehicles at the dealership that where down at that time We will order the customer a recall part to install on her vehicle and call her to let her know when said parts arrive Any subsequent cost by her due to the recall will need to be addressed through FCAThe customer can contact them directly by calling 1-800- [redacted] We regret any difficulties to the customer, but out of our hands.?
Customer was told that the Cooling fan which cools the condenser core for the vehicle was bad and quoted a price of $for replacement This quote was typed on her receipt Customer refused repair at that time, has not returned since that time Would be happy to make said repair, but it will be at the customers expense

I am rejecting this response because: I took vehicle in for my A/C. Initially informed, I needed a line replaced for a leak, he called back later stating, will need to replace compressor for cooling. I gave him permission to replace compressor for cooling and also paid for compressor for cooling. Once service completed cooling, I was told to pick the vehicle up and the cooling system had been replaced and he stated, "It's as cold as ice." Once received the vehicle and a day had passed, the system still not cooling. I paid for cooling. The second fan came to mention on the second return to service. But that wasn't mentioned initially. The second fan would keep it from overheating. He stated the one fan would knock out the cooling altogether. My case and point, why charge me for something if its not going to work.lly Regards,
