All Framed Up

Review: On or about 11/05/2014 we entered into a verbal agreement with [redacted] of All Framed Up LLc. to do the following on or exiting and working water shed:1. He would remove the water pump and tank and temporally relocate them to the hole under the pump shed.2. Form and pour the concrete slab.3. Repair the shed flooring as needed (an extra $30.00)4. Move the shed back to its original position after the concrete dried and anchor the shed to the concrete foundation.5. Move the well pump and tank back to its original position up and inside the pump shed. 6. Most importantly there would be no lost in service. Mr. [redacted] came to our house on 11/11/2014 at approximately 6:00pm, He was to bring a contract for us to sign but claimed he forgot the paper work but gave us a invoice for the initial deposit of $675 where he summarized the work he was to perform. On 11/22/2014 at approximately 12:30pm, Mr. [redacted] and a helper arrived to perform the work. When Mr. [redacted] left that evening I had no running water, my water shed was laying on its side on the ground and debris were strewned all over my front yard. Mr [redacted] then informed me that he couldn't get the pump to work and that I would have to get a "regular plumber" to start it up again. The pump was working before Mr. [redacted] "worked on the well house. We were without water from that saturday until Monday the 24h when the emergency well pump crew arrived and repaired the piping that Mr [redacted] cut to move the water pump. Mr. Panry was contacted and I demanded a refund due to his inablity to preform the contacted work and almost 6 months later, I still have not received any money from Mr.[redacted].Desired Settlement: we are seeking the return of the following monies from All Framed Up LLC/ [redacted] : $675 deposit $210 for the repair of the well systemTotal $885
