Very nice guy, however, he only gets his flunky to do the work. He is supposed to supervise them. But he never showed up until there was a real screw up. His inexperience staff is love to cut corners. so if mike had supervised them, the errors would not have occurred. There were severe errors, where I had to open up the ceiling to correct the errors. Of course ,like all staff, cutting corners is common among short cut employees.
They installed 30 watt cable where 40 watt was called for. They cut 2 sensors that they thought they did not need.
They installed ceiling plugs without centering them, which made impossible to install fans like they knew I wanted.
Also they needed to reinforce the plugs to be able to install fans, which of course all of sudden they denied me telling them that a fan was to be installed.
Several other minor stupid errors, which you can live with, but would rather not.

I had All Electric upgrade my service and install a high power car charger for me and the experience was fast, easy, and high quality. They showed up every day until the job was done, so fears of things not getting done on time were non-existent. The price paid was fair for the work done and everything was easily passed by the city inspector. I would recommend them to others and would use them again should I need electrical work done.
