Review: I came to [redacted] with a dog that has behavior issues, he did not always have these issues and I wanted to know what happpened to him to create this change, in conclusion she told me he needs trainig. She kept repeating herself, I am aware he needes training, this is not new information. Everything she told me was exactly what I had already told her, or basic animal behavior/care information that is easily accessable on the internet. She told me my dog LOVES me, I would imagine so since I feed him and take care of him and he follows me around the house. She said he thinks my husband is ok and doesn't care about the kids, all things I told her. She told me he wouldn't be happy with another dog in substitution of a human, but she was already aware we tried to bring another dog into our household for him and it didn't work out. My dog is a 15 month old Labrador, she told me he has lots of energy and needs regular excercise and not to be left in the yard all day, again, information every animal owner of a young dog is aware of. I can say that [redacted] is an excelent listiner as she told me absolutley everything I told her and nothing more. For a fact I know my dog was abandoned and abused before we adopted him but she told me nothing of that nature. I let [redacted] know I was dissapointed with our session and she took that as me not wanting to hear that my dog needs training, not the case, I was dissapointed that I paid her to comminiate with my dog, not be sold a training program. She is not running an ethical business.Desired Settlement: A refund of $175
