We sent a technician as quickly as possible, and he diagnosed the problem. In order to complete the repair we must request and receive...
authorization from [redacted] to proceed. Before the technician could complete the request for authorization he had an emergency. Due to the very personal nature of the emergency I did not feel comfortable speaking to [redacted] about it and told her we were unable to contact the technician. She assumed that we could not locate him, which was not the case just that he was unable to communicate with us. We did speak with [redacted] and confirmed that the part was available, but the earliest we could perform the repair would be Monday, since we were booked until them. We are sorry for the inconvenience this issue caused [redacted] and ask for her understanding of our employee’s difficulty at this time.
Review: All Done Mechanical sent a contractor to service our broken heater on 11/4/14. We were told by the contractor that we had a broken circuit board and that the part would be ordered and installed by no later than 11/7. We hadn't heard back from anyone on 11/6 and since my husband or myself would be missing work whenever the contractor came back and bad (cold) weather was approaching, we called to follow up. Kathy at All Done Mechanical said that the contractor that came out to our home had not reported back to them since Tuesday and that she had no idea what was going on with our claim. She couldn't even tell us if the new circuit board had been ordered or not. She told me there was nothing that could be done until they heard back from contractor. I explained that we had cold weather moving in and that we have a two-year-old at home. I explained it was vital to have heater repaired before temperatures in the 30's came. All Done Mechanical has basically lost their own contractor and has provided extremely poor customer service with NO RESOLUTION. No one should do business with them.Desired Settlement: All Done Mechanical should be held accountable for their poor customer service. The job has not been completed at my house. I have no heat with freezing temperatures approaching and a toddler to care for. This is unacceptable.
