All Done Gutter Cleaning

so far half the job is done, gutters and downspouts cleaned, they are coming back for the underground work. I will update this when they are done. Very responsive and courteous so far.

Mr. Donley was prompt, arrived as promised, price was reasonable, work was excellent, highly recommend.

Michael setup up my gutter cleaning appointment within a few days and while he was here, he was continuously hard- working to get job done.
There were other things that needed done while he was doing the gutter cleaning which made sense. I was anticipating a new roof soon. He was willing to trim some branches hanging on the roof and around the porch. I thought I may have to cutdown the trunk eventually but when he was done it looked swell enough to keep the large trunk.
I had wanted for a while to trim my shrubs that were about 10 ft tall and he found time to do that also. I was going to get rid of the debri the hard way by putting in bags but he offered to bring his trailer and haul it away which he did in between doing everything else for other customers.
For all that he did, the price was truly reasonable. He was courteous and very helpful with what I needed done. My home looks so much better and in good shape to get a roof done now.

Mike was courteous and came ahead of scheduled time. My complaint is he cut a hole in my yard and cut a drain underground that wasn't necessary and gave me an estimate of $275 to come back to connect it back properly. If he is a professional he should have seen the underground drain already exposed beside the downspout. He then threw piece he cut in the hole and covered it back with the dirt. Stopped working and began helping my neighbor with their gutter clean up using my water. Had the nerve to offer me $10 for using my water for 20 mins. His words! I felt taken advantage of. Tore up something to create another job. I was very disappointed. I hope he actually cleaned my gutters.

All Done was great … Mike D answered his phone when I called and was able to come out the same day to look at our gutter that had come down in a storm and look at our front gutter that was not draining properly. He was courteous, professional and very prompt - and did not try to rip me off with trying to sell me new gutter. I highly recommend Mike D with AllDone … he did a great job.
