Poor communication for maintenance requests! Tenant is constantly having to follow up on what progress has been made with appointments and whether estimates have been sent to owners for approval.
Your comments regarding the service you received is very important to us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences and lack of communication.
As the Property Management Company, we are required to take certain steps to approve all maintenance requests that are over a certain amount. Unfortunately, until we receive approval from the Owner of the property and the necessary funds, we cannot move forward with the repairs, which caused the delay and at this point, we can all agree that your maintenance has been resolved.

I have been renting from All County for 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are always there to address my concerns in a timely manner and are super friendly!
These people are crooks and scam on the black community who don't have good credit. These people will put tenants in a house that have mold on the walls and an infestation of ants. They never come out to solve any issues but if you are only 1 day late with rent they charge you $100. Even when the 1st of the month does not fall on a pay day. They prey on poor black people then offer little to no help. The stove didn't work properly, the window was off track making it easy for a break in, and ants were all in the carpet. They attempt to fix non of the issues.
