All Brands Appliance Service

Did not call us back to come fix our fridge when he said he would. Will not return phone calls and messages left.
On 6/18/18 We had called All Brands Appliance Service Inc.to see if they could come out and take a look at our fridge that wasnt working properly. The man said he wasnt supposed to be working do to injury, but would come take a look for us anyways. He came out on 6-20-18, I had moved the fridge out for him so he could take a look at everything, he never went behind the fridge and just said our defroster wasnt working and that there was frost build up, which there was no frost or ice build up anywhere. He said he would order parts that day and give us a call monday or Tuesday and come out and replace the parts. He asked for a $75 trip charge, which we gave in cash, to which he replied, "Oh we like cash, easy money, that way we dont have to deal with checks at the bank." Didnt think much on it, until we didnt recieve a phone call from him Monday or Tuesday. I called and left a message on Tuesday asking if he had ordered the parts a d if he could please give me a call back, never got a call. I called 3 times on Wednesday and still have not heard back from him. I then looked at different sites online and read reviews, all were 1 star or less, and all of them were saying that this guy never repaired their appliances, never called them back, and had charged $75 or more with no follow up or repairs done. I feel this is a fraud company and something needs to be done. I would like my $75 back but have no other way of contacting them. He left me a yellow slip with the date he was here, the $75 trip fee, and it says the Company's name, address, and phone number
