only work on the appliance we cannot work on water lines outside appliance hence why we recommended plumber to update water line do to extreme deterioration of line so problem will not reoccur. We see no need for refund as we were upfront before repair and when we came back to install new housing that we recommended plumber to change valve and line. What a home owner does after our recommendation is up to them. We repaired problem with unit. The corrosion of line and sediment was cause of issue with housing.
