They have never called me back - crystal called me back once weeks ago to tell me that she found my cancelation form that was the last time the gym has ever called meI called back to ask what was up with my check a week after that and they still didn't knowThey just kept saying they had to speak to the owner who apparently is never aroundAs I told the manager, I am out of state and cannot come pick up the checkShe said she would speak to the owner Frank and call me back, which she never did.

We told her multiple times to come and pick up her check. It has been sitting in our register for over two weeks now. We do not mail checks that is not our procedure. She has been called multiple times telling her that her check is ready to be picked up. She has not answered back to any of our...

 I was NEVER notified. Perhaps the business has been calling the wrong number. I have my number phone records and have zero incoming calls from them, only several out going calls in which I have spoken to several employees and was never notified that s check was there.  In fact the manager told me my best bet to getting my money back was disputing the charge with my bank.
